I think it is beyond BS & into the DANGER zone. An image search or facial recognition might yield a real identity. Don't forget about SCAMS like the Outting Johns type web site. Have you checked oout the "Providers"? Are they well reviewed? I didn't think so. Why would you send such a photo to an unknown person with nothing to lose? For all you know it could be some guy. If on the off chance providerS asked you to send them a prick pic, and I really doubt that has happened to you at all let alone multiple times, there are only a few scenarios my very active imagination can conjure up.
Was this request in response to you sending them an email that maybe looked like this? "For I sea ewe, can you send pick of yer vagins?" At which point I can sort of see them emailing you back a reply like, "Can you send me a selfie showing me your cock?"
