I stopped going to TJ massage parlors years ago.  I found that the girls had zero skills in massage and were only trying to upsell for FS.  NURU, body-slides, or FBSM+ may not be in high demand down there since FS is so readily available for a fraction of what you pay here.  I haven't been to a TJ massage in years, so maybe someone else had a better experienc

There are several places where the chicas are licensed in massage.  Sounds like you did not go to a legit spot, but one of the places that hire prostitutes.

Arte de Relajacion, which is in Plaza del Sol on 3rd between Constitucion   and Nino Heroes offers that service.  You have to request the "plus" to get a happy ending.  I believe the plus is an additional $20.

HE massages in TJ are horrible.  The actual massages are terrible and the HE is lacking.  However, as mentioned above, there are multiple places to get legit massages for only a fraction of SD prices.  What you might enjoy doing is going somewhere legit, then walking two blocks to Zona Norte and finish things there.

Most of the massage parlors (MPs) in Tijuana are just disguised brothels.  You can get a massage with a happy ending, but the chica won't be a trained masseuse and the session won't be a GFE.  Plus it will cost about the same as seeing an escort.  My advice is see an escort and ask the agency for one who provides a good massage.

An exception is the Arte de Relajacion massage parlor, which is in Plaza del Sol on 3rd between Constitucion and Nino Heroes.  This MP provides decent messages and you can get a happy ending there if you ask for one.

Another recommendation is Jennifer who works for Mexico Lindo Bar (MLB).  She is a trained masseuse and provides a GFE escort sessions.

Also, for those willing to search for her, Deysi from Adelitas is currently in massage school.  I've seen her multiple times and each session has ended with a great, professional-caliber massage.
