My point is that to classify someone as closed minded because he doesn't enjoy something you do isn't a good argument. My example was that although most men would not like bukakke, others probably think it’s great. Most reach our threshold somewhere in the middle of the extremes and, for me, it helps to first examine the extremes to find where I might fall.
Using your scenario and his argument, you would be closed minded simply because you don't want to spit in the waiter's mouth and have him then spit it back into your glass. Or, using the first scenario and your argument, you may not want someone to serve you back your own load, but if you shoot in your own mouth its ok.
Closed minded might be defined as an unwillingness to hear argument where the open minded would be open to discussion. An example might be a Christian not willing to hear why a man might want to marry another man. Testing and trying the options doesn't make one open or closed minded, but merely open to experimentation, adventurous (used loosely), or uninformed. Using the same example, after the zealot hears the argument he isn't closed minded because he decides not to engage in activities discussed.

My response was meant to point out that your comment about bukakke was, in my mind, completely irrelevant to etienne's comment that he liked the taste of his own cum. The fact that you considered it an appropriate response to his comment was, to me, absurd, hence reducio ad absurdum.
As far as what I think you were getting to in you second paragraph. It all depends on who the wait-staff person is.
