Obviously, you have been screened by the agency and you have checked out as OK, but when they call the girl is it "You've got an appointment with Fred at 1PM. He is 48 years old, 6' tall and 245 lbs. He works for Microsoft. He is a regular who has been utilizing our service for 5 years" Or do they call and say "Hey get ready some dude's coming up to see you"

whether he is a regular or new client (I recall back when I had a short stint with an agency they asked you to check ID for all the new clients) and first name. I think ideally a happy medium would be great in order to provide comfort and peace of mind for the lady and privacy for the client.(First name, age, and some details about him e.g he has seen 4 ladies before etc, to provide reassurance). But that is provided if the agency has the actual info, some agencies do not screen well and may not even have the info so how can they even relate the info to the girl?
When you start, the main concern is your safety and knowing who to trust; I wish agencies are conscious of that part so girls don't get a bad first experience in this field. That is why I love to be independent, because I can make my own decisions based on my screening with the help of my assistant. It is always important to feel that you have proactively done everything in your power to remain safe.

I peruse the boards to see if there is anything pertinent I want or need to know.... this is one I'd like to comment on.
Having worked for an agency for a year, the only info I got at my incall hotel room was a text stating something like "4pm Zack 1hr" . Even for my regular clients. Keep in mind, this is for the client's discretion and confidentiality...that's why they are paying, on average, higher donation rates in going with an agency. The agency does not relay other personal info to me. Just as the client does not have any of my personal info either. When you have regular clients, you do get to know their names, what time/day they are most likely to book. So a lot of times it is easy to figure out which "Zack" is going to be showing up.
The reason I choose to work with an agency is because they are responsible for all the screening. They have an established book of business, with a lot of the time, people they have met and/or have worked with for years. And over the course of 1 year in working, I never had any safety issues. I was prepped on what to do should something not feel right but that never was an issue
