Im a natural 34b but it seems implants/lifts are more of beneficial investment. What do majority of reviewers like? What providers have experienced the before and after scale of things?

I like a natural look, whether implants or not. That being said, I would rather a woman stay a real 34b than become a fake 34c. Sometimes smaller, perkier breasts are sexier than bigger, fake breasts. But, I love women with breasts of all sizes. As long as the look natural (they don't have to be natural) I am good.
I do not make dates if not natural-A,B,C etc does not matter

There is a lot of peer pressure specially in this arena to accommodate to certain preferences but ultimately you need to do what feels right for you and your body. A lot of girls get implants that are too big and they don't look right IMHO so even trusting your plastic surgeon with the right size is important specially if you plan on having a real life career after this. I also feel that now some men are attracted to more natural looks, so I seem to think implants are not as popular as they used to be.
I feel that the whole point of implants is to enhance your body and confidence and create a healthy body image. I have implants and they definitely boosted my confidence but I wanted to get them on a size that will compliment my body and frame and that won't look overdone.
b cup is plenty big enough for me. Just like the look and feel of the natural breast and they seem to be a bit more sensitive or responsive than implants. Although I have seen providers with implants and still had a great time. Hope this helps.

I have seen some very good augmentations. One so good that it fooled me for years. On the other hand, I've seen some that were very unnatural feeling and those were a turn off.
On the other hand, I've never met a pair of naturals that I didn't like, regardless of size or shape. (OK, maybe one, but that was ages ago.)
Fake boobs are a deal killer for me. Might love everything else about you, but would pass based on that.

I’ve seen a lady so flat I wanted to card her, had a great time with her. There’s a local here (DC) who just makes me stupid. No matter how flaky, late, or frazzled she is, I keep seeing her. Unless you’re starving, stick with what you got. I know it could be good for business, but if you don’t want them, you’d be going under the mask and the knife to please some strangers. There’s definitely a market for you amongst us “White Knights and Mr. Sensitives” if nobody else. Hit us in the brain and we’ll be hooked.

I prefer a C/D so for me, I could see you going to a"C" but make sure its proportionate to your body. And do your research when searching for an MD. Don't let the $ be your biggest reason for choosing a MD.
have seen some exquisite implants over the years as well. I think Paloma gave some great advice; the quality is soooo much more important than the size!!! Rock-hard, overfilled, or disproportionate implants are not very attractive IMO.
Ultimately, I hope you do what makes you feel best. I believe most guys are just fine with bee stings to bazookas - so long as we get access to them!

I've seen some that are amazing and it's very hard to tell the difference. Those I'm all for. If it's done well I don't care too much if it's natural versus enhanced.
But I've seen a few that are bad. Either hard as rocks or the scars are SO visible that it's all that you notice. In those instances I feel that the ladies would've been better off staying natural. Just get a really good surgeon if you do decide to go enhanced.

How many additional appointments would you need to recoup those expenses, or how much extra would you need to charge at normal volume?
Only after those costs are covered, would the new boobs start to pay off financially.

I'm more of a "total package" guy...so long as they're not rock hard and unnaturally gravity defying I don't mind enhanced, in fact I've seen a couple of enhanced providers where it was very hard to tell. 34b is a lovely size IMO. You'll prob get more biz if you enhance them, seems like I've seen comments indicating that's how it goes, but for me personally it's not on my list of criteria for seeing someone.
As for me, I can just never decide. Breast are such a beautiful part of every woman. Always a boob man, all shapes and sizes.

There's been a couple of providers I've seen whose implants look and feel like the real thing. I wouldn't have known they weren't real.
There's one provider I want to see who has HH's. Obviously they're fake, but I've never seen any that big, and it's something that's on my bucket list.
The rest of the time, though, I like breasts that are proportional to the woman, real or implants.
I guess if your nipples point forward he says you dont need a lift, and the implants will lift em a tad naturally. I used to get lip injections too, havent in while and they are only lasting a year, but i d like to do lips and tits same visit, and then do new photo shoot and have this super pouty sexy look.
i say go for it, lip injections, fake bake {air brush tans} fake tits, do it all if your got the money , we are making money to look like sex goddess so enhance away and in every avenue you can afford to and have fun with it.

I would have to say without a doubt that natural is much more preferred to enhanced. A girl with a nice natural set of boobs is just awesome. And I would rather be with a girl with natural boobs that are even smaller compared with a woman with implants who is bigger. That being said, there is a huge variability in the quality of boob jobs (not only size, a material used [silicone vs saline]. I think there are a not of doctors out there that can "do the work" but the skill level is quite variable.
Ladies, if you contemplate getting a boob job...you really owe it to yourself (and your clients) to find a really superb surgeon who is skilled at determining the right size, right material, and right surgical approach in order that the result come out spectacularly. I have seen a lot of tits in my day, and quite a lot of implants. I have seen some that were brilliantly done, by a master surgeon, virtually impossible to tell they were implants..and others that I swear I could have done a better job myself.
Research it like crazy. See examples of their work. Get a board certified plastic surgeon. Talk to some of their patients if they will let you. Make sure you get your money's worth, outstanding quality, and don't rush to get them done until you have done your homework!!!!

Sounds gross but he carves out extra room for the implant so it moves with you, .. His look natural. His partner does them more high and tight and the partners work they looked rock hard and too high , BUT that is a look some like so it depends, The doc i met with you wouldnt tell the ladies had implants the way he does them.

But the older I get, the more I'm appreciating all shapes and sizes. I'm getting kinkier and much more open in terms of my sex life. But I always prefer curvy, voluptuous ladies to spinners.
And to answer the question specifically: natural above implants for sure. BUT that being said, I don't mind implants at all. In fact I saw a provider not too long ago who had spectacularly huge implants and they were fantastic. Just as long as they appear nice, the skin isn't scarred up and they aren't too hard.
I like a particular shape of breast, with the nipple pointing slightly up, and a nice bulbous shape to it. Nipples pointing down just don't work for me, nor do breasts that sag.
That's where implants work. A good doctor can make perfect breasts. As long as they're not so hard that I get a concussion, I'm happy.
the huge kind, are fine as well just so they are not rock hard. The size of breasts should be in proportion to the rest of the provider's body.
I definitely like them NATURAL and suckable 
natural is best with a caveat of age.
