I don't understand why a provider won't respond to my voice mails and texts.  The (one way) communication happened over a three day period and I provided two recent references.  There is nothing on her website to indicate that she's out of town or taking some time off.
If she's too busy to see me, or she doesn't feel comfortable about me, shouldn't she simply let me know that?
It just doesn't seem like a way to conduct business.

A lot of people in many professions take time off during these holidays.  She is probably one of them.

But they always have their reasons.  It's best not to stress about why someone didn't get back to you and just move on.

Some providers handle all there own bookings and some get literally hundreds of emails a day. It's very understandable how even the most professionals could get a bit backed up at times.

The one thing the OP does not want to do is "hound her" for a response,  he might like the response he finally gets if he does so. I contact countless providers, some get back to me in minutes, some in hours, and others days or even weeks. I don't stress over it, there are thousands of women in this line of work. If one is a bit slow getting back to me, no biggie IMHO.

Very true. If I am really interested in a lady and I don't get a reply in 3 or 4 days, I will send a follow up email asking if she received my first one. Most times I will get a reply to the second email indicating that my first email must have went to spam or something, and then the email exchange begins. If I get no reply to the second email, then she's history and off of my TDL.

and not too dissimilar to the way I do things. Although, after three days, it's quite likely that I have actually forgotten all about her, and have most likely seen at least one or two other ladies in the interim. lol, but if she pops back on my radar again, Yes I will probably make mention of my earlier attempt at contacting her, but only a casual mention, certainly nothing accusatory.

To tell the truth, I really don't mind if the lady tells a little white lie or two regarding an email that was never responded to,  little white lies are the way we show that we care about the feelings of others. lol

...she no longer has VIP and my email went to spam are very slim, so I don't follow up.  I move on.

There are so many great providers in the business who are professional and responsive. Move on. No provider is worth the hassle.

More than one provider that I know doesn't get back to me once I indicate what day I'd like to get together.  Doesn't really take a lot to figure out that  if you're trying to fill a calendar, and someone commits, you should wait for others, so you can move the pieces around to make a good day.

She might not want to see you or she's just busy; but she should be professional enough to tell you that. To me, someone's promptness shows their seriousness. A simple response is all she needs. But every provider operates differently.  There are tons of amazing girls out here that will respond back though. Happy hobbying!

....why bother chasing one who doesn't even give the courtesy of a reply? Unfortunately the no-reply providers are out there, but thankfully they seem to be few and far between. Best to just move on and find someone else.

I don't carry my hobby phone and keep it of most of the time. I check my email constantly but only check my phone if I'm expecting a call.

If I picked up my  phone every time it rang I wouldn't  have time to post on TER.  :-D
Between solicitors, phone con scams, surveys, wrong number, and people with too much time on their hands, give me more than enough reasons to count on my voice mail for screening.
I'll call back if I want to talk to them, when  I don't call back I can only hope for their sake, they are like me and understand evident clues.
If you've ever been harassed with persistent callers who won't take no for an answer without hanging up on them, you know where I'm coming from.
Call me three times, leaving a message each time, when it's not time is of the essence important, that number goes to ignore .

I rarely wonder, usually when I misdial. What the people do whose number happens to be one digit off from the the Chinese take away? They must receive an abundance of misdialed calls.

things do happen or come up in our lives where we just don't think about schedules for awhile, especially this time of year.

As far as "understanding why a provider won't respond..."--don't worry about that.  I still don't understand my wife, and I've known her for 40 years.

On the other hand, I was totally surprised when I received an e-mail from my ATF on Christmas morning wishing me a merry Christmas and that she was looking forward to our next meeting.   And we seldom communicate that way.

If she didn't get back to you. You're not going to an emergency room. You're also not going into a business where what you're going to get was a necessity. If that were the case, she'd most likely delegate communication or work to someone else. But here, guys are looking for something that can wait in the face of an emergency on her end.

There are thousands of ladies who can make Mr. Mini happy in the mean time.

I never seem to have this problem. I always see BP gals who I have watched for a long period of time. Everybody bashes BP, but if you are patient and do your due diligence you should never have this problem. Truth is I have never been blown off by any of they ladies I contact. Problems arise when you are horny and just try to fuck the first chick you are attracted to. Whoremonger rule #1: If she doesn't respond move on. Rule #2: Do better research.

as for "why", she might not have liked what your references said about you...or she's probably just flighty. But I don't think you should call/text someone more than once or twice...sometimes it pushes them away...on the other hand, it might not be anything you did:)

providers do take some time off during holidays.

Where you specific in your voice mails?  "Hey Babe, call me back" will not work.  "Hi X, I would like to see you on Friday, January 2nd at 1pm for a 1 hr. date at your incall.  Please call me at 123-456-7890" should work for you.
