I am not "porn star big" but slightly bigger than most. I have noticed some huge gag reflex from a few. I don’t like it, I feel like I am hurting them sometimes.
I think it depends on the gal. I am a big dude with a medium sized neck, but when I go to the dentist, I most always gag. Everyone is different

What are the ladies thoughts when he is above average....or maybe way above average ?
A real major league player....he could hit 300 with that thing....Is it a happy surprise or a bit of worry when a guy can Release the Hound ?

I think that's where they get worried.
There were so many ladies that were hobbyists.
