remember you location is stored , your correct In your initial post that there is a record of all your calls most likely for about 2 years and along with this the location the calls were made . If you think or believe this is an issue than you need to think about where you make any calls from also how you add minute to the phone . clearing the phone doesn't clear a lot of other information .

have a nice day and good luck

Both of these are really good ideas. I actually still have the factory manual so I'll try a reset but I assume I'll need to reenter the phone number and minutes information. Do the saved numbers show up on the SIM card or the phone? If it's the phone, I guess I can remove the card and reset the phone.

As for entering random numbers, If you guys will just give me your phone numbers, I'll type them in and there will be nothing to worry about, LOL.

No kidding, thanks for the info.

I have Tracfone Model: LG 440G, this is the only way to wipe the recent numbers from memory that I'm aware of.  In theory you could call/text a bunch of random numbers to fill up the recent call/text memory, but I've never tried it.

Keep in mind that if you do a factory reset, the ringer and volume will be reset as well.  So if having the phone on silent when you power on is necessary for discretion, don't forget to change it.

I suggest checking the online owners manual for your phone to see if there is a way the wipe the phone or perform a factory reset. You usually want to avoid this because you lose contacts, email, and personal settings; but in your case, that's exactly what you want.

I have a cheap burner (LG brand Trac Phone at Walmart). Just to be super safe, I try to delete all logs and data that it gives me options to delete. I noticed that a search option showed several of the last numbers that I dialed. I could not find a way to delete these numbers. So my questions is, is there any way to remove this info by removing or changing the SIM card? I assume that the prepaid info is on the card as well so I assume there is no way get rid of these records without getting rid of my number and minutes. I removed the battery and the numbers remained, that's why I assume its on the SIM card. This is really only a problem if the phone gets found and I'm very careful about that too since it stays off site for the most part.
