1. Myths die hard, especially when they make us feel better.  The LE check isn't going to disappear until Santa Claus goes first.

2.  It is certainly possible for LE to get some reviews up for a decoy, but it is pretty rare.  LE is lazy, and they can bag guys by putting up a sexy pic and phone number on BP a lot easier.  So, stick to the gals with a half dozen decent reviews, and real photos, etc.

3.  The best guideline to avoid LE is to stick with well reviewed gals.  Anything else is just tempting fate.

Few stings happened last week in my area so i am a little concerned

1.I cant understand why ladies are still doing the LE check .. I mean dont they know the LE can lie and say they are not a cop !

2. does googling the escort number and finding some reviews make her always safe , or is there any chance that police can somehow fake reviews or maybe use a well known escort's phone as a trap ?

3. Is there LE guideline that we can always use ?
Thank you

1:  It makes them BELIEVE they are safer.  It's stupid, it's pointless, it doesn't serve any real purpose but it puts her at ease doesn't it?  So I guess it helps ya both.

2:  Mostly, yes.  But there's always the chance she has been caught and flipped and you are walking into a trap.  Ever watch on TV shows how narcs flip drug users to get to dealers, dealers to get to distributors?

Sometimes they have to justify their budget, or more often show the politicians they are underfunded.  "Look at all the Johns we arrested Mr Councilman!  We are covered up, we got more than we can handle!  We need a bigger budget!!!"

3:  As a general guideline, remember that you could be arrested for this hobby.

There, that about does it.

I'm not going to in any way infer that I am an expert in LE matters. But my perception is that your response to 2: isn't likely, specifically that "she has been caught and flipped and you are walking into a trap" and your reference to "Ever watch on TV shows how narcs flip drug users to get to dealers, dealers to get to distributors?". Dealing drugs is a felony, there are bigger fish to catch if LE gets a mid level dealer to flip. Engaging in prostitution is a Misdemeanor, using small fish to catch small fish is generally a waste of time, effort and resources.

That being said, in my experience, if you choose a BP girl (BP only, not reviewed in here) and you don't get robbed, busted or baited and switched then you should consider yourself fortunate.

There are many legitimate, beautiful, sexy women in here and it continues to amaze me that guys are seeing non reviewed BP or CL girls. As with anything else in life, you get what you pay for.

This sport is largely a victim-less crime, unless its a trafficking situation. And so, if you stay away from women who could be trafficked you have some confidence that you'll avoid a confrontation with LE and you'll have some confidence that you're not contributing to trafficking. I would be shocked if any of the ladies I've seen are being trafficked and aren't involved in this of their own choice. But, I'm not a bargain basement shopper.

I do agree that anyone who participates in our sport could get arrested, and anyone who drinks and drives could get arrested as well, both Misdemeanors.

Solicitation of Prostitution

“The solicitation charge can be enhanced by solicitation of prostitution to a minor, which will often result in the misdemeanor charge becoming a felony.

In that case, it doesn't BECOME a felony. It was a felony from the start. Soliciting a minor is a felony period.

...particularly knowingly, but unknowingly?—And it may be problematic to those Johns who do not do their research to go ahead and engage in an activity that can turn out to be a minor and/or the girl that comes from trafficking?)

Also, in some ways, the change from misdemeanor to felony can be unique to certain cases (If you read the attached link, my post is a direct quote from the source: Find Law.)

Anyway, you've reminded me how these information posts as in Find Law (perhaps devised by lawyers because they include a link to find one) never give absolutes or definitive answers to outcomes in charges and convictions, but a less likely to highly likely charge or conviction when it comes to the law

Vice cops and narcs are two different animals.  Very few vice busts are ever felonies.  So they have to go by volume rather than severity of charges.

And you bring up that it's just a misdemeanor a few times.  If it's "only a misdemeanor" then why do major cities like Chicago waste hundreds of thousands of dollars publishing the faces, names and addresses of everyone caught in these types of busts.  99% of felony cases don't get that much press and attention.  So to act like LE isn't interested in this hobby is foolish.  Politicians and brass like these busts because they generate media attention and that what they show the powers that be when they want more money in the budget.

0.08 and above is legally under the influence but…

0.5 – 0.799999…. is not, but the closer one gets to that .08 the higher the chance is that they can be under the influence. How? Breathalyzer tests are required in many states, which are also required to be administered by LE twice and spaced 1-half hour apart, but must be completed no more than two hours after the arrest. Now in a healthy person, alcohol dissipates 0.15 every hour. So if you do a breathalyzer test and blow a .05 and above, just add .03 two hours beforehand and it may mean you were at .08 at the time of the arrest. (Note: everyone has the right to refuse a breathalyzer test, but there are other implications involved, like losing one’s license for 6 months for the refusal.)  Now if there were no accidents and no one was injured or killed, it will result (at most) as a misdemeanor. The charge will also most likely be dropped after taking and completing DUI classes. It can also mean (with a good lawyer) charges will be dismissed and no classes are required because it can not be determined as an absolute that it was a DUI or .08 at the time of the arrest.

However, if there was an accident where someone is severely injured or killed and alcohol was involved, then it can be a felony--as I've read in a city trial that an individual driving was at .065 after the arrest, but got into an accident and her passenger was killed. That individual was charged with DUI and convicted of felony and serving several years in jail.

DUI arrests can be tricky, and there are other procedures that must be followed by LE to justify the arrest to lead to conviction.

If ever arrested for solicitation or DUI, please do not panic. Keep your mouth shut and say nothing to LE at the time of the arrest, as it can be more ammo that can be used against you in court.  Later, consult an attorney and get advice, do your own legal research (the internet has made it so much easier) weigh the pros and cons

Googling her number, checking her reviews, and seeing if she is verified are good ways to make sure she is safe. A website is a plus; police stings don't go that far. I look at BP alot and I can instantly spot a fake ad now...

1. Really nice pictures, but no website or TER, P411, OR datecheck
2. Bad Grammar and wording
3. Really low prices with really nice pictures

The main thing I have learned being a provider is that Reviews are the best, and safest way to go.

Does a P411 membership but no website or TER reviews guarantee anything?   One lady I am a considering has nice p411 photos, uses great grammar, gives good email, and was pleasant over the phone the one time we spoke... and her prices are not cheap.  ($450 the first hour)  Supposedly she is mostly private and UTR but looking for a new client or 2.

There are so many great, well-reviewed providers for 450 or less, why go to a supposed utr provider and risk it

If she is charging 450 an hour she should have the works lol... p411, a website, ter, datecheck, and reviews.
I can understand her wanting to be private and not be reviewed; I felt this way for the last year. But reviews are a necessity. And on here you can PM the reviewer to ask them personally.

BP !!!!!

Stick with TER ladies with a history of good reviews.

Something to keep in mind as some keep asking what is the safest way to go. Whatever is said, some LE somewhere is reading it and considering ways to make sure it is not safe at all.

IMO, better to have such conversations one on one, privately, if you really want your "totally safe" approach to stay that way.

If you want good news, it is this - you have to be very unlucky, or incredibly stupid, to get caught because there are so many more of us than there are LE trying to catch us. The bad news is that just because you have been doing this for years and never had any trouble, it does not mean that your approach is what has kept you safe - you are probably just riding those odds that are stacked in your favor.

Nope, not paranoid, just realistic. Of course, I have been doing this for years and have a perfectly safe approach... not.
