In defence of the this lady. One, sometimes you don't have a big selection of people wanting to work for you in this business. Two, most ladies that work for an agency do so because they are irresponsible and can't keep a website and cell phone. Also anyone can get prettied up and hold it together for an interview if they want a job that bad. I worked for an agency for one month when I first started in the business and the same girls did not work for them when I left one month later that were working there when I started. It is a flakey business. I helped a friend get her business going when she decided to retire and I see how it works from the inside. If it is because of her I am sure she knows it and will make changes in her policies and attitude or she will not be in business much longer. Just giving my ideas on a possible reason things might not be going well there.
My sources tell me that Taylor Lynn does not want guys to see the same provider. Her policy is that the lady on the phone tells the guy that the provider requested is not available. I have never heard the explanation for this policy, but it appears to exist.
My sources also tell me that Taylor Lynn is a martinet; there is no leeway in what she mandates. There is some merit in her policy because Tayloy accurately says that some providers are flaky and unreliable, but if she screened them carefully and interviewed them well,this problem would be mitigated.

Although I've never met her, I've been impressed by Taylor's professionalism and her attempts to keep her business reputable with reliable girls.
It's doesn't do the agency any good to have pretty girls if they are unreliable and don't show up for appointments, or show up intoxicated. No business can run that way.
It's no secret to anyone there are a lot of flakey girls in this business, and it's not necessarily apparent at first glance on an interview.
I don't know Taylor's day to day management and policies, and to many she may seem strict. But I say kudos to her for keeping her standards high.
Thanks for the support girls! It is very hard to run an agency the right way and I appreciate knowing that the independents out there support me and what I am trying to do. The Prince is always full of BS and everyone on these boards know it, but thanks for sticking up for me!! You're the best!!
I don't usually use an agency as I have difficulty justifying the extra cost, and the whole process of negotiating tips and up selling is a real turn-off. However, I've seen some good reviews on Taylor girls, appreciate her contributions to this board, and saw pics of one of her new girls that just drove me crazy, so Mon night I treated myself to Paris for my upcoming birthday (I had to justify the cost to myself somehow.) She was incredible (my review should be posted soon), and so were my dealings with Taylor and the agency. Before I decided to use her services, I had some email exchanges with Taylor regarding some posts on the TER board - I like her attitude and her approach. After I decided to use her services, they were the epitome of professionalism, which is really saying something in this "hobby." I appreciate the fact that Taylor takes her business, and her reputation seriously, and holds her girls accountable. I'm not surprised a lot of girls can't live up to the high expectations, but from a customer perspective, I really appreciate it. I had no difficulty negotiating a flat-rate with the girl I chose. For reasons I fully understand, our first appointment needed to be rescheduled, but I received plenty of advance notice, and there was no attempt to switch me to somebody else. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Taylor and TLC again, and I will - I just wish I could afford to see her girls all the time.
