I also took another provider to Hawaii, also a GF at the time, and it was one of the most miserable trips I have ever taken. Her and I broke up almost immediately upon our return, and have since lost contact with each other, but no hard feelings between us.
I do plan on taking another lady to San Andres Island off the coast of Nicaragua, but owned by Colombia next month.
That said, even adding up all this distance put together, it still doesn't add up to the distance you will be traveling, I hope you have a great time.
Just wondering! Has anyone guy here taken their lovely US provider to Australia? Asia or S. Pacific? Or any really significant distance? I have one in the works and it's the furthest destination I've ever been in my life, much less with a client. Really fun and exciting!

It's funny, I think my mother and my "friend" talk more to each other than they do to me. I guess I didn't mention, my mother is a VERY open minded woman. lol
her four year old and mother came as well. She got her passport just in time, and everything went great!
...tell your guy to avoid American airlines for international travel; the east asian airlines are the best (for comfort, food, service, and spectacularly attractive flight attendants)!
Is that Korean air? Singapore is great also, or so I've heard. We are NOT flying Malaysian under any circumstances. Thank you for your tips.
Also consider the Japanese ones (Japan Air/All Nippon), Cathay Pacific, Asiana...there might be a few more.
On Thai Air, the color-coded uniforms are fun! (They change from their suits into traditional Thai gowns once in the air, BTW.) They have color-coded uniforms on Singapore air also, but the ladies, IMHO, are not as attractive.
Long ago I was AMAZED the first time I flew Thai when I realized that the youngest (and most attractive) flight attendants work in First Class/Business Class while the longer-tenured (older) and less attractive flight attendants work in Coach/Economy Class. (As opposed to Delta/United, or then Northwest, where the flight attendants on the international flights were almost always 60+ years old.) When I was 25 this was something fun to learn... but now that I'm over 50 myself it makes me a bit uncomfortable. 
After Thai, my favorite Asian airlines are, in no order: Emirates, Cathay Pacific, Korean Air, Japan Airlines, Singapore, and at one point Malaysian. The 3 main Chinese airlines (Air China, China Eastern, China Southern) are not bad as long as you are on modern equipment, but they are not in the same league as the others I mentioned. In general I always fly Business Class on Asian carriers, and they treat me wonderfully. (And I have incredibly fond memories of one layover with 2 ladies from a FUN flight crew at the old Regal Airport Hotel in Hong Kong perhaps 20 years ago... but I was a lot younger then.)
I've heard more than one client say this exact same thing. They prefer flying the Asian airlines because the United flight attendants are old!
PS, thanks for the list of nice carriers. My father works periodically in the East and he's flown emirates, so I've heard it's really good.

Early this year, I've traveled to south america with a retired provider who's been a close friend for many years. Several of my friends went with us too. We camped in the mountains, backpacked to the highest points, no shower for a few days, toured the cities, etc. It was a trip of a lifetime. I've never traveled "on the clock" with a girl though, so these may not count?
Other times, some invite me to tag along while she tours. On several occasions, I took almost two or three weeks off at a time to travel together while the girl worked in the west coast, Texas, midwest, and east coast. I'd sometimes pay for the flights and she'd take care of the hotel.
Mostly, I sneaked out to some cafe and got some work done on my laptop while they worked but I almost always end up playing games on my laptop ( multiplayer games are fun!). I kept myself occupied while she worked so as not to think about what she and the guy is doing in bed. When she was done, we'd go out to have fun, eat, drink, sometimes have otc sex, and then sleep late.
Furthest, could be to Nepal or India. Planning on a vaca this coming spring. Long ass flight though

You might want to set some 1st day expectations with your client... as you will both be very tired! It is REALLY important to get GREAT sleep and acclimated to the time change on the first night... as otherwise you will be dead the entire trip. I normally do whatever is necessary to stay awake for 16 or so hours either on the plan AND/OR upon arrival so that I can sleep the first night after arrival.
I mentioned to a regular that I love to snow ski and he couldn't wait till winter, so he took me to Chile to ski in the Andes. That was the farthest I've been with a client or on my own. Last year I had a client take me to Europe. We spend time in Greece (not anal, but the real islands lol), Dubrovnik, Turkey, France, and Italy.
I have never been to Asia, including Russia, or Africa. Although, I would have to make sure the area was somewhat safe from war, crime, disease before I would agree.
Munich -> East coast US -> Midwest
Needless to say she's 11/11
I recently took my ATF to Las Vegas for one week. Drove from home to Las Vegas. She didn't want to take a plane. So we decided to drive to Las Vegas. Had a great time with her. We may go again in 2015.

But to answer the question - probably about 5 miles from the hotel is the farthest I've taken a lady. I'll tell ya, the excitement in the car was palpable.

From a wide spot in the road at Hopland CA I took a hot woman and her 2 kids, one 5 and the other 0ne 3 to SF Ca to Nashville TN to DC to London to Bengazi, to Nairobi to various locations in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda then to Mombasa to Cairo to Rome, hitting London again, San Francisco again, Roseburg Oregon and settling down in Pullman WA. Whew! I broke my adding machine trying to figure out the mileage. It only took 2 years and I didn't count the times that hot woman and I made love. She proved herself to be a keeper. So, I kept her for 52 years.
