I'm not a doctor, but am a nurse. Taking antibiotics on your own like that is a bad idea. If you do have a bacterial infection you are just as likely to make it antibiotic resistant. Which is a big problem in medicine today caused by md's inappropriately prescribing them and patients not taking them as prescribed. The previous posts are right you sound like you are getting hysterical. Go to a STD clinic, and get their advice. They will probably want to screen you at some point in the future as all infections have incubation periods of varying length. STD clinic are confidential and most are free.
If you contracted something viral there are no cures, just treatments to reduce symtoms. Also try a diffrent type of condom in the future. If it's falling off it's probably too big.
You should also take responsibility for your own actions and stop blameing the provider. Only the penetrater can "pull out" I can't imgaine a situation where I couldn't stop a provder from pumping away. Even if I was tied down, I would shout out "the rubber broke" I've been seeing providers for over 20 years and everone I have been with would jump off in a instant, in that situation. Remember they as the receiver are far more likely to catch something than the penetrater is.
Getting so excited isn't going to help you. If you are this paranoid, this is not an activty you should be participating in.
Try to remember the odds are in your favor. And please do go to a STD clinic Good Luck.

For the 2nd time ever, I've tried full service.
For the 2nd time, the condom came off.
For the 2nd time, I asked her to pull out, only to have her ignore me and just keep pumping away.
So now for the 2nd time, I've gone bareback with a pro.

Dammit!  THIS IS WHY I DON'T DO FULL SERVICE!!  Despite all my precautions, I've totally been exposed again.

I've doused the area with Purell, antibacterial soap, and witch hazel.  Is there anything else I can do to stop anything from getting into my blood stream?  Unfortunately I shaved just this morning (trying to make it nice for her--ugh!) seemingly to maximize the possibility I'd get exposed to something.  Would antibiotics help?  What else can I do?

Fuck.  I'm totally distraught.

I would take a dose of Cipro. Lots of people have this laying around after 9/11. Ask around.
Scrubbing might create inflammation, and aggravate the site of possible infection.

For future times, make sure that the condom fits properly and is well lubricated.
A condom will break if you don't continue using lubricant such as KY. Mineral oil will break a condom, dissolving it. It can be found in some massage oils.

My sympathies. Remember that a condom helps, but does not prevent Stds. Make a note on your calender to get tested after a few months, and then again after few more, and then in a year. Ask the provider to get tested, offer to drive her or pay for it, make sure it happens---its your health.

Good luck.

altho I've had the -gist, and I have been -pist (oh that was so bad..)

Ok. Calm down, first thing. Luckily, men ususally show symptoms of STD's while women may not, so if anything is amiss, you'll at least know.

You can call a clinic, or Planned Parenthood, and let them know your situation and ask their advice. They may suggest you come in for testing IN 6 MONTHS, or they may have something to put you at ease sooner. Call them. They are great.

But calm down.
In this business, it pays to keep your immune system healthy, so bolster up on your health. At least you'll give your body a better fighting chance.

Now, I have some questions.
Same girl?
Same brand of condoms?
Same position?

What can or should you do differently going forward? A drop of lube on the head before and after putting on the condom helps keep it in place. Make sure to wear condoms that are right for you. Be proactive and bring your own if you have one that works best; be proactive and when you say 'pull out' that she knows you weren't making 'suggestions' but that you stop. You can also make her stop - I don't mean knocking her out or anything, but you_were_there,_too..

No..no antibiotics.
Just call a clinic, or PP and at least tell them about your situation. They've heard it all..

You'll be alright.

You may have caught something already, a case of hysteria!

But seriously, did she really ignore your pleas and kept "humping away" after you told her the condom came off? I can't imagine a provider doing something like that unless she was high or whacked out of her mind.

Well, calming down and getting tested isn't going to help me if I've caught something permanent or fatal.  I'm far more interested in finding out how to keep from getting infected in the first place.  The Cipro idea isn't a bad one, although I don't have any.  I've started a round of Amoxicillin since I've got plenty around the house.

Any other ideas would be welcome.

The only thing you can do right now is wait for symptoms, then see a doctor.
Chancroid - in 3 to 10 days - soft chancre/sore, pus filled open sore with ragged edges - treated with a single 1 g. dose of azithromycin
Gonorrhea - 2 to 5 days (possibly 30 days) - pain or burning while urinating, yellowish-white discharge - treated with single 500 mg dose of Ciprofloxcin
Chlamydia - 2 to 5 days - pain or burning while urinating, watery milky discharge - treated with a single 1 g. dose of azithromycin
Syphilis - 10 to 90 days - hard or rubbery painless chancre/sore - treated with shot of penicillin
Genital warts - (molluscum Contagiosum) - 2 to 3 months one or more lesions/bumps on thighs, buttocks, groin or lower abdomen, occasionally on genitals - self-resolving but lesions are usually removed.
Herpes - 3 to 21 days - blisters that become litttle holes and then scab up - no cure

What abaout NGU (non-gonocacial urethritis)  3-21 days after contact, treated with doxycycline for 7 days

Fascinating. Asked her to pull out what? A strap on?  If it was a dildo I wouldn't worry too much.... altho if it was a dildo I am having a hard time seeing a condom breaking, unless it was a HUGE dildo. Was this a lady who has ummmm, extra equipment built in? That's the only thing I can figure out. I would say STOP using abrasive stuff on yourself, you'll only make it worse. If you're that concerned, go to your doc and tell them, they can give you meds to prevent HIV infection. But it's up to you to learn how to properly use a condom... was the inside lubricated? Did it fit correctly or was it too big or too small? It doesn't make sense that you'd have two in a row break, I'd toss those condoms if I were you.

Best,
Tamara

Well, one of the reasons, anyway.

I was thinking the exact same thing.  Asked her to pull out???  When she didn't, he had no power to stop the activity?  Never heard of anyone being raped by a provider before.  :-)

No, I didn't have the power to stop it.  I was on the bottom, she weighed a good 50+lbs more than me and had me pinned down.  I tried to move her more than once but was totally unable to.  I'm a small guy.  I was pulling up on her thighs as I told her to pull out to no avail.

And no, the rubber didn't break.  Where did you get that idea?  Did you read what I said?  And where the hell did this dildo idea come from?  Did I say that too?

Might try to ask what really happened instead of throwing around smartass putdowns and totally random accusations.

You said that you asked her to pull out, implying she was the one who had inserted something into you.  Hence the dildo comment.

Rather than imply that you have a poor mastery of the language, we decided to go based on the actual words that you used.

None of it was a putdown, nor an accusation.

He did'nt pull out because he already paid and it was'nt enough time to renegotiate price under new circumstances . My advice..follow lockaut/tagout procedure properly and always you go on top so you dont have to ask other party , provider , to pull out .
Big problem is if one party dont speak english or understand ....something like in amp-s , even if you tell girl for fun that she is stupid, she smiles at you . That is why they doing just massage cause there is no time to run to ...mama san mama san , he wants to buy condominium , his old one broke .

...you ought to get out a file and sand down the rough edges.  Or perhaps by better quality condoms.  Seriously, is this a problem of staying erect?  I hate condoms but they don't just fall off unless they are really not on...am I alone in thinking this?
