A client recently was discussing an app that would be a life saver for most hobbyists and others, and  I wanted to share the good news amongs everyone. It's called 'BURNER' on your I tunes, it seems to take the place of a burner phone. Now go and have fun!

google voice its been around for a while. Which is another way of having a disposable #. Downside is that it works based on you 4g or wifi so if you have poor internet the call will continuously drop or cut off, and also the phone numbers can be traced to IP services who providers would most likely read as a red flag to avoid seeing the person who's calling from those numbers.

Best way to go is having a separate hobby phone. No doubt :)

"burner" has been around for a few years, as well as "line2," "pinger" and a bunch of other burner type apps, and of coarse the grandaddy, google vouce.

I used Line2 for a very short time but the call quality was horrible. Now I use Google Voice. The call quality can *sometimes* be dodgy but nothing like Line2.

Otherwise I would have said, "Everyone knows about burner app, you idiot!" :
