Unless things have changed, anonymous prepaid CC don't work for paying for VIP from the US because TER is an international payment.  

As I have previously written, the IRS, Homeland Security and Uncle Sam consider them to be a T-E-R-orist organization  so payments are blocked.

To use a prepaid CC for TER I think it has to be one that allows international payments in the first place and then also you have to use a non-anonymous registration complete with SSN (or maybe a fake SSN, but that sounds like even MORE trouble with the IRS)
