Providers this question is for u, but guys feel free to put in ur 2 cents. Ok so I'm tri-lingual so sometimes when I'm with a hot chick, I started talking dirty in a foreign language. I don't know if it does anything for the girl but it really gets me worked up cuz vulgarity sound so much better in my other languages.

Now with the dickish comment out of the way, I think that talking in a foreign language to someone who doesn't understand it is generally bad protocol, but it mainly depends on the language! For instance it may be considered as passionate of even sexy if you blurt out vulgarity in softer sounding languages like in French, Italian or Spanish, but if it is in harsher sounding ones such as in German, Arabic, Korean, etc; it may even dampen the mood.
I suppose if you are quite vocal during sex in other languages, then whatever it is that you are saying goes down best if it matches the rhythm of your deeds!
a thread on another board here just now got me thinking about language barriers. I actually find them kind of hot. The two times I've been with girls who I didn't share a language with were really hot; super physical and I think experimental both directions. If you can't ask, you gotta try, and that can lead to some fun.
I speak some French and have heard several French Canadian girls babble in that language whilst fucking. Plus lots of Central American girls. I really liked it when one of them started yelling "Duro! I love dirty talk in any language. My favorite was a lady friend from Guatemala that started saying, "oh papi," even though she was second generation and spoke flawless English.

Sometimes I remember to ask my visitor if they like dirty talk. Sometimes I try to 'read' the mood'; romantic, tender, bad-ass rumble style, playful frolic or sweet vanilla..... I think the mood and personal connection play a big part in my approach.
Sometimes I will throw a naughty word or two out when I am in the moment. If the person pulls back - I don't do it again.
ah, but I only speak English, so beyond a few Spanish swear words, my dirty talk is in English, big daddy. lol
BUT if you want dirty talk, then just ask for it! No problem!
