Comic-con, we all know that hotel's in the area will see double or triple the prices for rooms during that week, even as far as north county. I've seen Motel 6 in North County go from $69 to $120. For the ladies, Do you still book rooms and do incalls during the week or do you try to do outcalls? or If you plan to take a break, What are your plans? Are you going to visit any of the events going on in San Diego?
Yeah, I'm going to Gam3rcon with some of my friends and some other friends are going to Comic-Con so I'm not planning to try to see anyone at least for the hobby (not to say that I wouldn't offer a badge to the convention in exchange for hanging out with me one of the days 
But anyway, I just wanted to know if anyone was doing anything particularly interesting or planning to go to one of the events going on that's not part of Comic-Con directly.
I would never waste $ on posting ads, or a hotel during Comic Con. Your better off as a fun consultant to catch a date at any bar Downtown during this event.

Nice, If I had a lady that enjoyed gaming or comics, I would totally invite them but sadly I don't. Hope it works out for you 
Well, I'm hoping to be able to spend some time with my ATF during the Con.
And, if she's game, possibly fulfilling a [PG-13 rated] fantasy of mine. It has to take place at Comic-Con.
