Unfortunately, it's not humor. Monty Python scripts tend to be tragedies when they occur in the real world.
As it is, Monty Python did a bit about "The Silly Party" winning the election. After decades of putting at least one doubtful candidate on every Presidential ticket, the Repubs have finally arrived at silliness.
