After all there are pros and cons to everything and I guess it would depend on how you look at things.

I believe of course it would make it a lot safer for both the girls and the guys of course in terms of LE and legal persecution and hopefully from the psychos out there.

It would probably bring even more guys and girls into p4p because of this and it's easier access and may help the girls get more business while at least curtailing p4p inflation for the guys as there would be even more ex housewives and college girls to choose from lol.

The thing is the Government on all levels would get there dirty hands on it and screw it all up in the form of regulation and over taxation. The days of BBBJs,Daty and Greek would probably be over due to the restrictions which would more than likely be imposed and would just create a new and unlawful underground market for it anyway.

And what about Big Corporate? Oh yeah for sure they would be swooping in on this and probably ruin it for girls who want to remain independents by pushing them out and offering the equivalent of Walmart Blue light Specials lol. But at least the girls could unionize and get some sort of benefit package out of it I guess.

I know this is a mute point as p4p will never truly be legalized here in the US due to moral hangups and so many insecure women who would vote against it (you know that if this were just up to men this would have been a done deal decades ago lol).

So what do you think would it be a good or bad thing? For me I say just leave it as it is, works fine for this Dog lol.

First of all, you can make all the regulations you want, but in the end you can't regulate what does, or does not, go on BCD.
In Costa Rica it's legal, all the girls are registered and many hotels require them to leave their ID card at the desk before going up to a room.  That aside, it's all a matter of negotiation between you and your Tica.  It all seems to work nicely.  No reason why we can't do that here.
Now that weed is mostly legal, perhaps hooking will be next.  But given the puritanical nature of this country I'm not going to be holding my breath.

Oh wait, shit I am here right now. lmao

Pura Vida perras!!!

I plan to be in CR from around Feb. 1 until early April.  I want to see that volcano that's been erupting down there.
What's her name again? LOL!
No, really, the Arenal Volcano was still erupting only a few days ago.  It's about 90 clicks northwest of SJ, inland from Puntarenas.

sneaking through hotel lobbies, the gentle knock on the door and slinking into the room, etc.
I doubt if ladies feel the same way about this though.
But honestly, this hobby is already a "guaranteed" thing - look at a picture of a beautiful women and say to yourself, "I want her" and after ironing-out a few details, it WILL happen.  The illegaility is a big part of the adrenaline rush for me.
Take that away and this just becomes too easy and predictable.  In civvie sex, you have the challenge and excitement of the pursuit, and that is already missing from this hobby.

I, and many of the girls I know, get off on being on the other side of the law and engaging in something taboo.  It adds some spice to things.

It seemed to me that Canada had it right.  They didn't exactly make it legal or illegal.  They don't have brothels on ever corner but they haven't shoved the industry so far under the radar that it's easier for the bad elements to prosper.  Unfortunately, they are heading towards making prostitution illegal driven by the same kind of holy rollers we have here in the states.  Why can't people just live and let live.  Don't want to partake of an SP, then don't.  Just let the rest of us make that choice for ourselves.
