While stubble might be fashionable, it is a killer on sensitive lady parts. Nothing can shut down a possibly promising DATY session than the feeling of sandpaper on the sensitive parts.
When it comes to DATY, are mustaches and goatees a plus, minus, or neutral factor?
If no goatee, then I presume clean shaven is a must as stubble must be a killer.
Who, out of the photos linked, would be an example of good facial hair, and/or bad?
Every lady is different. I don't mind a goatee as it doesn't get in the way =), Mustaches are OK, but sometimes a thick mustache can be really prickly and tickle (not in a good way) so I would say as long as they are trimmed down or very thin. Also I absolutely HATE STUBBLE. It hurts so much, much like if a lady has stubble and is cowgirling you and scratching you, imagine that, but on your most sensitive parts! NOT GOOD!

When you go to kiss them and you can feel your juices and taste them. Plus a man with facial hair to me is super sexy I love it..

I'd have to say my biggest issue is stubble and the full grown facial hair.. but we all have our preferences
There has only been a few times that stubble has bothered me.
I have never had any problem with a client having facial hair, it's a actually a plus. 
Nothing like seeing the glisten of a good licking on a man's moustache or goatee... Of the pics in your link: Rick James, Hulk, and Geraldo. In that order. I have ecletic tastes when it comes to men and grooming. LOL!
