Looking for what seems to be the impossible FBSM

I know you're probably all gonna think I'm just another hobbyist looking for FBSM plus, and while that's partially true, the pluses I'm specifically looking for would be someone who is not only a CMT, but who also provides EVERYTHING BUT FS --and without getting into specifics, I do mean EVERYTHING. But here's the REAL kicker: I'm looking for someone who is NOT otherwise an Escort --and by that I mean someone who otherwise DOES NOT provide FS at all. Yes, the delightful Angel comes to mind as a non-escorting CMT. But I think he want someone who will provide EVERYTHING apart from FS. As far as I know, Angel does not offer more than a hand release or possibly Russian. Now if the amazing Daisy were still around, I could recommend her as fitting the bill, but sadly she has retired. I'd kind of like to know the answer to this impossible dream myself.
