I think it's awesome if a provider actually does orgasm during a session. It pushes the experience to a much higher level. However, despite what about 95% of the reviews would have you believe, it is IMHO extremely unlikely that it happens as easily or as often as most reviewers seem to think. I'm sure that every reviewer or client based upon the feedback he gets during a hot session is a fabulous lover. Realistically what are the odds that is true?
I just can't help looking at the math. First of all, it is highly unusual within the general population for women to be multi-orgasmic. Even if we accept that it's a pre-requisite for deciding to become a provider, the physical realities are decidedly against it being true. Do to common refractory periods males and females, eventually become desensitized or hyper-sensitized after reaching whatever their potential for orgasm is and further stimulation until after the refractory period just simply prevents more orgasms. If that weren't true guys could have an infinite capacity for orgasm and ejaculate until they died of dehydration...LOL.
For guys it's a more mechanical process than for women and the results for us are obvious. Women can fake it a lot more easily than we can, and given the circumstances and realities of the hobby are, again IMHO, more likely to succeed in business (as measured by repeat customers and tips) if their clients leave convinced they should have given up grad school for the porn business.
Now I'm certain there are plenty of cases where a mutual physical attraction exists and it results in authentic panting squirting sweaty orgasms for both parties but in the real world how often is that the case?
