I would worry if a gent took his off - losing it could result in blame of theft.

I once had a gent visit me in vista. He said he took off his watch and set it somewhere (he didn't remember) as we were leaving the date. We looked all over my whole house and the play rooms, bathrooms and every other room we didn't even go in. It was gone (if it ever even came into the house). I followed up with him that week and it still hadn't turned up. It's been years and I never heard back about it - I fear he never found it and blames me, or he found it and was embarrassed about "losing" it.

So after a stressful situation like that I would STRONGLY suggest keeping your valuables ON your body or if you DO take anything off do so before the date (like in your car or house or office).

Ladies, do you prefer to see a wedding ring? Or do you not care?  I don't wear mine during sessions, partially due to guilt, and also because I think you might think I am an asshole.  Maybe I am missing out on better service because you feel bad for married men who get no sex at home?  Discuss...

been married 30 years. havent worn a ring in 15 years and I tell the ladies I'm married. I'd guess 80%+ of clients are married. you think they care?

Your question is a valid one. I'm sure many ladies appreciate you asking.
In my minds eye, In this adult hobby, it's no ones place to judge another's marital status. (even though it does sadly happen).
We all partake of this hobby for different reasons.

I personally don't care if one wears a ring or not. I'm not focusing on his hand. Unless it's gripping his shaft. Beyond that. What ring??? what martial status???
I care more about whether one is sporting the facial hair.....than about a ring....or his martial status.
In fact, I personally don't want to know if one is married or single.  I'm meeting a man who wants to enjoy adult companionship.....and leave his stresses and inhibitions at the door (or office/home).

AND if any of ya'll do happen to remove your ring/neck chains etc. Please make sure you place it securely in your pocket. And put it on before leaving. Last thing you need to do is forget it/or lose it. (so best keep it on)....jmpo

Side note:
Sympathyforthedevil,
Not only did you constantly whine to me about providers NOT dating you unless it was p4p. But you never once mentioned to me that you were married, when you were trying to get me to see you for a day of golfing in Carlsbad.
The constant whining to me,about women, here not dating you was so pathetic that I simply had no desire to meet you.
So if you've been married for 30+ years. You sure didn't tell me.
(as you just indicated to the OP, that you tell all the ladies). So you might want to rethink that.

And it's quite respectful for Chemistryfirst, to ask the ladies if they (mind) if men wear a wedding ring.
Because from across various (boards), MANY ladies do mind and they've voiced it so.  They just don't like to broach the topic.

I take my ring off (personal preference), but put it on my car key ring. Since I can't leave without my car keys it's hard to forget, and it saves the worry of it falling out of my pocket if the clothes come off quickly.

Just get a keychain that's secure but easy to add and remove stuff from.
