As a side note (and I mean this in the least cunty way possible), if you aren't willing/able to fly a particular girl to your location, don't be offended if you don't get a response to inquiries asking her if/when she's coming to your city. I get around 10 emails and PMs per day that say something to the effect of "any plans to tour Frog Balls, Arkansas? I think you'd do really well here and I would love to see you for an hour" that I just don't have the time to respond to because (again, not to be cunty) I'm not going to fly across the country for a 1hr meeting that could very likely get canceled anyway.

If there is one thing I've learned about reading Tobi's posts, it's not wise to do so while taking a drink of something as you'll wind up spitting it out. Especially so, if that something is Bourbon, that would be alcohol abuse, and one shouldn't abuse alcohol, one should drink it.

I've sent such notes, had ladies email me back with a rough plan (even if 6 months away), then contact me when they have a specific plan and dates for a visit. Obviously this takes a good deal of organization to group requests by city and to follow-up with those potential clients (and having an assistant greatly helps for this). But having that personal attention and follow-up is nice and honestly does make it more likely that I will book with her.
