I'm an all natural guy (and I love when women are too) but I realize this isn't popular with a lot of people. Do you find most providers would be annoyed if you didn't trim?

You may not get too many bites for this question. I'm sure providers have their preferences, much like hobbyists. To each his own. I don't really like the natural look, either for myself or the ladies I see. But some guys love it. Some have commented on how they like things shaved, largely in response to my own personal grooming. I'm guessing if I hadn't trimmed the foliage, they wouldn't have said anything. Providers who make a big deal about things like male body hair, waistlines, ethnicity, etc. tend to develop very small and exclusive client lists. I've never seen a provider post a strong preference one way or another on her website. I have seen at one website where the provider urged her prospective clients to indulge in intimate grooming no less than 48 hours before a session. I'm guessing she was concerned about infection spreading from nicks and shaving rash.
What I have found, for me, is that bald works best for both. It is a major pain for both of us to do this, but it significantly reduces my hang time and makes her so much easier to lick... which I think any gal would like. I think it makes me easier to lick also. Provider told me, "I wish more guys would do this" with the whole grooming thing and trimming down. Anyone seen a porno lately?
I like hair on the ladies head and that's about it. Beavis laugh 
I was in NYC recently and a fellow Hobbyist there showed me to a place where guys get perfect, painless, unmarked Landscaping. I met a few gal providers days later and they loved the "clean" look. They paid a lot of attention to my entire zone. have to believe the trimming helped.
I don't know about our own home town gals, but those in NYC really appreciated the well groomed look.

There was a big long thread about this I think on the LA boards a while back. The common thread was that everyone has their own preference as to exactly how much trimming you might want to do, but any amount of trimming seemed to be preferable to none. A day or two before is better as it cuts down on communicable diseases as well as stray hair.
I prefer to have no hair on myself or gents. I generally do not offer certain things if there is too much hair. Trimmed is just fine. Bald is great too! I have noticed that the area is more often than not cleaner when there is no hair. Most ladies I know do not like pubes in their eyes. Neither do I for that matter.
Im sure you can find natural ladies who enjoy natural men.
As a provider, I'm not particularly annoyed unless it's really a big, wild mess down there, which thankfully has happened to me very few times. Trimming is sensible, safer (imagine the stray hairs, and even sweat that can accumulate down there, only to enter the provider later... yuck!), and simply considerate to the person you're with.
I don't expect clients to be completely trimmed & shaved, although it's really a pleasant surprise when they are.
