Like a restaurant that changes it's name but retains the same menu, staff, kitchen, suppliers, and management.  Works for some but not everybody.

A member posted last December asking if “Kendra Benson” (ID # 241205) was legit.  I spent quite a bit of time researching her reviewers and the ladies they reviewed and replied with my findings.

Here is the thread:
http://www.theeroticreview.com/discussion_boards/viewAll.asp?BoardID=7&SortBy=DateCreated%20desc&SearchType=1&Author=wymenlover&DayFrom=400&DayTo=0&MessageID=72365&frmSearch=1&view=2

I concluded my post by saying:
“The situation under discussion is probably too complicated for TER to deal with.”

Much to my surprise, apparently they did deal with some of the issues.

Here is the status now:

1) While there is a profile for Kendra Benson, only the first portion is visible:
http://www.theeroticreview.com/reviews/show.asp?id=241205

In the 10 years I have been a VIP here, I do not recall ever seeing a profile appear this way.  I am guessing that TER intended to delete the entire profile but for some reason the top portion remains in the database.

2) My post mentioned two reviewers: “potatoinmyanus” and “RealMcCoy”.  Searching “by Reviewers” on those two names produces no reviews; apparently their reviews have been deleted from the database.

3) Another member posted in that thread that he thought Presley Lane # 241304 looked suspicious.  There is a profile for a “Presley Lane” in the database, but her ID # is 131623.  Searching on # 241304 produces “Provider information is no longer available on TER”.

I did not retain my notes on the other suspicious providers so I do not know if their profiles have been deleted.  My post mentioned Hillary Cavanaugh; her profile remains in the database, but I do not know if any of her reviews were deleted as a result of the
December 2013 thread.

Hillary was a legitimate provider that used to visit from the Bay Area several years ago.  Maybe somebody hijacked her name?  She is probably no longer active in the hobby as she was doing this while she was a student.

My memory of the Kendra issue was that someone posted a REAL review which proved the others to be fake. I checked the review page later and the fake reviews were gone but the real (low low score) was still up. Not sure why they would change it again but at least the info is out there now.

The Presley Lane deal - oh what a conundrum.
Go ahead and read her reviews prior to last September - that person is the TER id that shows "provider information no longer available". You do your own math on that (hint - search discussion).
