I'm sure that there are but the chances of being caught in a sting are much higher in a hotel than a private residence. Read some of the articles on 5-0 and how they are conducting stings and you'll see that they are all done from hotels. My point was that a member has unfairly targeted a area (BWI) when getting caught in a sting can happen anywhere.
There is a chicken-little among us! The sky is falling, the sky is falling! Do not see providers in AA Co, do not see providers in AA Co! AA Co has an active vice unit, just like every other jurisdiction, including Baltimore City, and county, Howard, and Harford too. Don't be fooled! Any time you TOFTT with an un-reviewed provider no matter where they are, Towson, Pikesville, Timonium, Columbia, Ellicott City, Elkridge, or BWI, you take the chance of walking into a sting. Also providers who work from private residences are much safer than ones who work from hotels/motels. It's much easier for LE to book a hotel/motel room for the night and conduct their operation than it is to rent a house or an apartment. This is the conventional wisdom I have always used in the hobby.
