It can also be a YMMV situation too. I've had times where I've popped twice and gotten the signal that the session's over. I've also had sessions where the lady wanted more rounds than I could deliver in the allotted time (aging sucks).

The other variable is the length of the encounter. If it is a 1 hr. session then 1 or 2 should be all you have time for. If it is a dinner date or an overnight, then there is time for more.
If you're quick to finish, MSOG means she'll help you try again as long as its not too physically taxing.
