Doggy style is an interesting position because it's one that women really enjoy, but it's also been my back page experience that when a girl doesn't like her work (or me), doggy is the go to position. As far as doggy being gross, I disagree. If I'm familiar with someone it can be fun and there are some interesting variations other animals can't do. But on first visit it usually feels impersonal and not generally a good sign.
