Many other areas 3-400. Of couse I'm just throwing these numbers out because you asked, but any lady can set her rate at anything she wants, then see if she is getting the amount of business she wants, from the type of clients she wants, in the geographic area she is providing in. If she was an actual celebrity available UTR, her rate would be much higher.

Not that I could afford to pay at this rate but if I can, I would pay up to 2x what she makes for 1 week. Since she's one of the most celebrated celebrities and I'm sure she probably made some serious $$$ so offering any less would likely go balked at.
Asking a celeb to escort may likely come with a sur-charge too, which is why I'd offer 2x her normal rate. Considering that she has become a legend post-mortem, her name value has gone up since then too. If we factor this in, then my offer would decrease to adjust for post-mortem name value. Granted, she's not exactly my ideal type but still close enough, a good looking girl who was one of the best looking girls during her era. It's all out of curiosity and I'm a curious guy who wants to explore. I'm pretty sure that I'm a by-product of modern US/ asian media and culture where model-thin has become more preferred and iconic of an ideal body where as during her era, she was the ideal type.
So, factoring in the difference in perception, it would be interesting to spend a week with Maryln Monroe. She won't be a cheap date for sure considering her status.

That's my criteria for a 10 in appearance. If you can make playboy mag you're a 10.

I said "6." In literal TER grades (not the normal inflated reviews) A 6 is "nice", a 7 is "attractive", and so forth. Of course everyone has their own taste. You said all Playboy gals are 10s. I say not true (in my eyes). The ones I did meet that I thought were ok, but not drop dead gorgeous just usually didn't live up to the pictures. (like many providers) Airbrushing, photoshopping, whatever editing was done back in the pre digital days, way too much plastered on makeup, lighting etc., just made the in real life meeting "meh.

Sandy was one of those people who don't photograph well, no matter how good the photographer or how much retouching is done. In person she was much more beautiful than in this photo. Drop dead gorgeous.
