I've checked the reviews for the ladies from City-Girls. I've noticed the pattern that many ladies will get several reviews over one, two, or three consecutive months and then disappear.
My question is: for the most part, do the ladies at City-Girls typically make one tour and then they're done?
Or
After they do a tour publicly, they are reclassed to VIP's only?

I'm not a City-Girls member, but I am very strongly considering signing up, they always seem to have a great selection and all the reviews are favorable. And I do love the eastern Europe ladies
Any other advice/tips on City-Girls or hobbying in general would be appreciated.
