I haven't had the pleasure of meeting you, but want you to know -- like all the others that have commented -- that we are all here for you.  I think the best thing you can do is get support, talk about your feelings, and figure out what (if any) changes need to happen in your life to accommodate your new circumstances.  Please don't hesitate to reach out to me if you just need someone to talk to, advice, or anything else.
