As long as a hobby phone is being used save the number.

Do you guys prefer for providers to save your number in case you call back? or maybe for a future reference? I encountered recently that when I was verifying people's references; the other girls would say "oh i do not save numbers from the people i see".

I can argue both sides and both have good points and I could see why someone would/would not save the phone numbers. But assuming one does delete your numbers... that would imply going thru the screening process all over again, wouldn't it? Some people think its a privacy concern (pocket dialing etc...). I have given references to other girls about people who use me as their person who would vouch for them, or use the number as reminder that I have seen that person before or at least had some type of communication with him/her.

I'm sure this topic has been discusses here but I just thought I'd ask.

I have no delusions about my information being discarded for "security purposes" so I might as well enjoy the convenience of easier scheduling

As long as full name isn't on it, it'll be more convenient to have number saved so that we don't run into "huh,  who is this?  Are you verified?  Have I seen you before?

I seldom see the same person more than once so I would rather they delete my info. If its someone I decide to see more often then I don't mind if they save it.

Don't a little spyware stop you, lol.

As far as I am concerned I like it when My Name & number is saved but I am in a different situation as most. I am older single and very independent. If this got out the world would not come crashing down on me. Why not just ask them? If I was younger with wife/kids/job/divorce lawyer checking up on me my answer would be different. Just ask him.

you have any interest at all in seeing that client again.

even if a client tells a provider not to save his number/info, how will he know whether or not she did?  Like a previous poster, I am single, older, with no SO to snoop on my phone.

I have no way of knowing if someone has kept my contact info, but for reference purposes, I usually ASK before sending out her info.  If she knows she will be receiving a call or email in a day or two, she may keep my number for a day or two or more.  If she can remember me by name, maybe she won't.
