END OF MESSAGE

Since I'm sorta new here I thought I'd ask. I recently cancelled my trip to Baltimore this week due to 0 responses to my add I posted on ter. I just didn't feel comfortable going to an area without having booked anything. Did I choose the wrong area?(harbor). Do you guys mostly go last minute? Just wondering.

I have sometimes pre-booked well in advance, but only with known quantities -- ladies I've seen before, or who are well-established.  It requires some effort to get free for an appointment, and it's easier for me to know a day or two in advance what my schedule will look like; right now, I can't promise to be free on Thursday for anything short of a major medical procedure.  Depending on how some things shake out between now and then, I will have *some* time free up this week, but it's tough to say exactly when right now.

I'm not what anyone would consider a "typical" hobbyist, whatever that might be, so don't read too much into this.  For me, "last minute" means "I am in my car and have a couple of hours that I don't have to answer for".  Booking two days in advance is about the most I generally do.

For me, the Inner Harbor works great.  I know others prefer BWI, and ladies seem to find it suitable as well; still, I've heard that Baltimore proper can be a lucrative market.  I've also heard about ladies who showed up with no prebookings and got burned (here, and in other places), so I can't fault your decision to bail out

I have only been hobbying this year. I go less than once a month, although that is my goal. I usually know about time when I can be unaccounted for several days in advance, if not longer. I definitely try to make appointments in advance. My free window is so small, I dare not wait too long for jeopardy of missing it.

I am cautious and like to research my providers before calling. Once when I did have an afternoon open in the morning. I tried two providers, even an agency, and nothing was immediately available so I had to miss the chance.

Many have careers where they can't book in advance. They have to wait until the last minute when they can sneak out to make an appointment due to personal or career reasons. The other reason is that there are so many providers who don't require advance booking. Others get pre-cleared/verified so they can book at the last minute.

I knew of one lady who came into the area on a weekend and got zero appointments. The next weekend she came back she was loaded with appointments. Guys did not know her because she was a new provider, but once the word got out her bookings were solid the next week. Of course she made a big mistake by double booking the next week and never recovered from it. She got a laugh at a guy who was pissed that he had been double booked on.

I'm not a big fan of pre-booking 4-5 or more days in advance because like the previous response stated I have a career. So, to cut down on confusion and not have to cancel, I don't schedule no more than 1, 2 days at most in advance. Also, some ladies have a cancelation fee as well, so that also keeps me from scheduling early. The inner harbor is great for me because I work and live in area. Since I hobby every so often, find out my weekly agenda on Mondays, and there is a lady available that sparks my interest, only then will I reach out. Guess you can say I'm last minute...but P411 and DC make verification easy

based on the initial reviews I think your biggest problem in the future will be.How am I going to fit all these guys in my schedule. I am looking forward to meeting you soon.

usually prefer to book 3-5 days ahead. I think Inner Harbor is a great spot as well, it's easy to get to, park, more things to do nearby than BWI. Just my .02.

There are two general marketing approaches that can be used in escorting, one for convenience and the other for destination. Your approach is suited to the latter, because you don't offer half hour dates and prices start near $300. The hobbyist that is most receptive to destination shopping is more discriminating than the convenience hobbyist and has a tighter scheduling window, which makes them resistant to pre booking and screening. I'd recommend that you get a Date-Check or 411 membership to expedite screening and to also post your ads there.

I was going to see if there was something that was hurting your pre-books.  I expected to find no pictures on the ad, no website, poor reviews.  Alas, everything seemed fine.

If there was anything about your profile that would cause me concerns, it would be the reviews.  You have 3 reviews.  Two are from people who have all their reviews in the past 3 months.  The other guy's review of yours is his first in 3 years.

People are a little scared around here right now, and that would scare me off a bit.

Just not in the cards... my job / lifestyle only give way seemingly at the last second... so I usually try to book same day appointments or I will be mr. cancellation when I get called to do the deed...

I  wish I could as I usually miss some really good providers due to being booked... sad face

For me, I'm just tired of pre-booking with visiting providers and getting a cancellation message at the last minute. It happens regularly.  I have better luck with that if I wait until just a couple days out for first contact.

they were primarily 1.5 hour appointments, with a couple 2 hour events in there, including the most recent time.  I believe this particular lady probably had a legitimate excuse because her email communication was very professional and attentive to details, which looks to be the consensus of her public opinion, so I will definitely try again the next time I have a chance.

I think I get where you are going with the question though.  If an established clients wants a 4 hour appointment, it makes fiscal sense to bump the 1 hour guy you haven't met yet if you can't get him to reschedule.
