I would start with trying to figure out the "trigger". Start taking notes as to the length and thickness of the tools that give you the headaches. If there is no pattern there, then focus on the length and intensity of the orgasm. If nothing there then the circumstances surrounding the orgasm. For example, mish, doggie, in the shower, on the kitchen counter, etc.

If needed, I do make house calls

On my last visit to my general practitioner I mention to her I sometimes get " sex headaches". The more intense the orgasm, more intense the headache. Last for only a few minutes, but leaves me feeling tired and woozy. Judging from the look she gave me, I don't think she's had any good dick in a very long time...lol.
My OBGYN is a chatty Cathy, so while she's between my legs doing her thing, I ask her about my occasional headaches. She pop's her head up and gives me this blank look.

Am I going to have to get a male doctor for anyone to take this seriously?lol Since they are so random it's hard to tell what the trigger may be.

The Mayo Clinic has something to say about sex headaches (besides, "You lucky lady!")...see the link below.

My printer is printing out my fake medical degree.  It'll just be a few seconds and then I'll be qualified to perform neuro surgery to cure that headache.

When did you want to come in to my office for the procedure? I only take cash and require 30% deposit. My assistant uses the best dremel hand saw to make precise incisions and I have 'absolute vodka' alcohol to sterilize the area.

Would you mind if we use office supply staples to seal you back after the procedure?

If not, it's probably nothing to worry about but your OBGYN or your veterinarian are not the proper doctors to consult and certainly not the GD board peanut gallery.
There are headache/migraine doctors that you can consult with or even a geriatric doctor.

And see a neurologist - not a cardiologist or GP.

Experienced this 30 years ago. Multiple tests showed nothing.

Then - 5 years ago - happened again. Figured it was the same thing. Almost ignored it for too long. Had a ruptured vein inside my brain. In a coma for 3 days - neuro ICU for a month.

I was very lucky. But that shit can be deadly.

I was in the midst of a furious round with an ATF and I got a really bad headache and we had to stop. It happened again later in the session and one other time with her. I think I was straining too much and my blood pressure was building, but that's just a guess. I never got it checked out as it didn't happen again.

Check with a specialist like a cardiologist or search on iTriage maybe. I hope it stops. It was a real session ender for me.
