In Melissa's recounting, he opened with a lowball offer AND insinuated that she was lucky to receive it. That sounds pretty insulting to me, I'm not surprised she passed. Even a used car dealer would laugh off that offer. I've lived in countries where I could bargain in practically every transaction - it still requires an element of mutual respect in order to not get punched in the face

There have been a lot of threads recently (and a million in the past) bemoaning the lack of authenticity their provider experience. I've met my share of ladies who took great satisfaction simply in blowing my socks off and we both walked away happy because it didn't need to be anything more than that. Bring it on ladies - I love me a good performance!

directly related to the attitude of the john. You go in with a great tude and treat her like a human being, she repays you in kind.  

For the guys who constantly get treated badly by several hookers, it begs that they might be part of the issue. But due to their shortcomings, they just can't see that and place all the blame on the hookers.
