I've also had a couple of reviews go up in about ten minutes.

I have come across a provider and her pimp that seem to have worked out a series of effective tactics for avoiding bad reviews on TER.  I do not think TER will permit me to use provider names or ad references in the discussion board so if anyone is interested, email me.  First keep in mind that TER only posts reviews after a 48-72 hour delay.  If a provider takes down her ad within this time frame the link disappears and TER will disqualify the review since the ad reference no longer exists.  Beware of links that are overly complicated by dashes, asterisks, underscores and various symbols and that use the symbols repeatedly.  This is a confusing and time consuming tactic that can further delay an unfavorable review.  Beware of any ad that references an upscale neighborhood location that turns out to be at a location that is not so favorable.  Do not tolerate any delay from the set appointment.  Do not tolerate dumpy hotels and take the time to scope out the lot for pimps and LE. I had a TOFFT last week that will not allow me the satisfaction of posting of a bad review because of these tactics.  Hobbyists beware of low cost providers and false ads.  be careful!

TER can be inconsistent about how long it takes, but it can take far less than 48-72 hours for a review to go up.  Last year, when I was reviewing more frequently, it would typically take much less than 12 hours for a review to appear and one even went up in about ten minutes.  Shocked the hell out of me and I can't explain it. But it does happen.

Inicky, I have a good idea why your post went up in ten minutes. Think about it you have a longtime history of giving good information on providers. Henceforth considering your history, sometimes they don't even bother to check it considering who is the author of the review.

From my brief presence here I have come to an observation about the review system of this site.

For established, high-end providers who consistently give good service it is a fine medium to accentuate and advertise their businesses.

OTH, from a consumer's POV this is not where one can go to get warnings or red flags about potential ROBs, Flakes, scams...

Basically positivities are stressed and negativities are avoided here!

OK, lesson learned and point taken.  The reviews do not exist to issue consumer  advisories.  From now on, no matter how bad the experience, my reviews will be glowing with sunshine and happiness, milk and honey.  As a matter of fact, I think the worse experiences will get the best reviews from now on.  Its a dog eat dog world out there.  Caveat emptor!

if you did see that provider and actually experienced this situation, then you can do a review of that provider. that's where you can tell the world all about that bad experience. Along with that, tell the TER management the situation and the possibility of that provider taking down that ad.

I've done it before even with a provider who has no reviews here in TER.

Now, if you had done your homework, you would have known that TER does have a category called Rip-offs. Yea, it's there... in the Search function. Follow this: My TER -> Reviews -> Search -> Rip-offs.

now, quit being a big baby and be a man and work with TER to spread the news about this bad provider.

new kid on the block lol. You're a tough one, aren't ya. Ouch. I promise I'll play nice with you as long as you play nice with me lol.

From the few posts I read, he or (she) seems pretty matter of fact and direct...I think you know I like that in a poster here lol...as long as I don't become someone else's unnecessary lil target. That I don't like I'm afraid. :(

Need friends that badly?  Sure seems like it.

retake that social skills test again lol. If you validate 'friends' on a fuck board as meaningful....well then Nick, you may need more work than I originally thought lol. My goodness. It's ok though, I'm here for you. I promise. In that case.....

Will you marry me?   ;)

First of all, you're reading challenged.  I said I never took the social skills test because it was too boring.
Second, I don't "validate 'friends' on a fuck board." I was suggesting you do.  Another reading comprehension problem for you I guess.
Last, as far as friends go, I actually have several here.  You'd recognize all the handles but I won't list them.  These are folks I've actually met and socialized with (and not at M&Gs but in real life situations). Honestly, it's been very rewarding.
As to your proposal of marriage, I'm truly flattered and I accept.  When shall we tie the knot, my little Sfogliatelle?  There is nothing that would please me more than taking you away from this sordid world and devoting the rest of my life to pleasing you.

well, my schhhhedule is rather busy coming up. Perhaps I can pencil you in. We don't need an extravagant schindig as I'm not an extravagant girl (I know, shocking ;). How about we meet at the Lil White Chapel in Vegas during my stop there, get married and then we shall see...never said I was 'leaving' this world nor want to be 'taken' away. Are you one of 'those' gents who's ok with your wife meeting other men?? Boy I sure hope so, and that you're not the jealous type. I'm a lil more concerned with the 100' pole distance between us that could pose a slight problem. While most marriages end up that way, to begin one is not looking to good I'm afraid. Oh well lol. Geezk baby!!!! Not off to a very good start here but I shall remain positive.

Anyhow, I don't think I'm reading challenged but perhaps Conan can pay me a visit while we're in our 100' bed and help me with that lil apparent problem LOL. Buckle up Lovebucket, you're in for the ride of your life I'm afraid (although I think you need it...you're bored, clearly.)

As far as 'friends' here, while I am happy for you, remember I am quite the 'anti-socialite' so I would ask to not be a part of your lil clan. They're all yours and that can be your independent time, so enjoy!!!!

Yes, I am a hoot, I know. ;)

I have long told my many friends here I will only marry a working prostitute who promises to keep working, so that could work out.
But tell me: how am I in for "the ride of my life" if there's a 100' pole around? You can't have been referring to my "pole."  It is long, thick and magnificent but my innate humility requires me to admit it's only 8" long.
*Sighs* I guess this marriage is off.
My shortest engagement yet!
Geezk!

those lil things that live in people's gardens lol. I have no idea what a troll is here. Silly if you ask me. Isn't everyone here just a person posting? That's what I thought. What do I know lol.

check out TER's definition of trolling at the link below.

don't be a lazy one and take one moment of your precious time to look at it.

that I have put you 'in your place' by your constant meaningless or anger filled posts.

that does not make me a troll.

TER has a definition of trolling: http://www.theeroticreview.com/discussion_boards/viewmsg.asp?MessageID=75533&boardID=33&page=

By virtue of TER's definition, we all know who the REAL troll is, don't we, Drunken Asian? It's you.

Re: He's the newest troll on the block.

Alot of times, even if an ad is pulled off of Backpage or what ever ad site you contact her from, it still exist in cyber space somewhere. There are several sites that catalog all the ads that ladies place. You maybe able to find the ad out there, so that you can write the review. If she is changing her number everytime, then it may be much more difficult.

Inefficient!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a very interesting scenario.  And as nerdy as it sounds it is actually an economic scenario played out in new industries.  New markets can (and usually will be) inefficient.  In short there will be 'actors' that figure out loopholes until the rest of the market 'catches up'.  This happened in the stock market in the 1920's, (pump and dump was perfectly legal).  It appears as if this pimp figured out a loophole in TER.  You just have to be smarter.  No system is perfect.

But you COULD HAVE avoided this scenario by choosing to spend your money on a well reviewed Provider.  Based upon your post it seems as if you chose a non-rated Provider.

In this play area you need to remember this quote.  It has served me well.

--------If you think it is expensive to hire a Professional.  Wait until you hire an amateur.--------

Loosely translated = stop being cheap!!!!  Delays and dumpy hotels are the only clues you need.  Women that are serious about their business don't work in dumpy motels.  And furthermore after years in this hobby I can only remember one delay.

If she has no reviews avoid. If you still want to see her at least make sure she has a reliable ad posting history.
