Thanks for your input. Sounds like staying well hydrated is key, as in a lot of activities.

As far as myself, I do not like to eat or drink anything, except drinking water 2-3 hours before a session. I feel anything else will hinder or take away from the performance to what I consider a natural high. Sometimes, and if doable, I like to do a light workout before I meet the provider.

I also don’t smoke and like providers who don’t smoke either, or at the very least do not smoke during the session.

Also, not eating or drinking except water is no different than when I go for a several mile run, and I like to start out walking before I get into the running.

Of course, feel free to mention drugs (legal), herbs or certain foods or beverages that make a difference to you, I’m curious

For at least six hours.  I like to schedule early afternoon appointments when I travel so I'll have an early and light breakfast, usually a fruit plate and some eggs, skip my morning blood pressure medicine and do about 30 minutes on the treadmill.  About a half hour before appointment time I take a thorough shower.  I find it very helpful to stay well hydrated all morning and I drink a lot of water.  After the session I eat like a horse, and of course take my BP pill.  This seems to work well for me.

Thanks for your input. Sounds like staying well hydrated is key, as in a lot of activities.

Occasionally I will suck down a bottle of tequila though, eating just kills the buzz. lol

I did have an extended date a week or so ago where we had dinner before "dessert" I was quite proud of us to tell the truth, even after a huge meal of Korean BBQ, complete with kimchi and sake, the sex was still great.

Kids, don't try this at home, especially if your digestive system is anything like DA's lmao

take care of your business in the mensroom an hour or so before going to see your provider.

I can normally eat some very spicy/hot food (think: the most hottest sauce at Buffalo Wild Wings and a dozen of them), Sriracha sauce at a vienamese restaurant, Tabasco or other hot sauce at a mexican restaurant, etc.
But when it's a few hours before a session, I avoid all that. Avoid anything exotic. Avoid anything you haven't tried before. Avoid restaurants you haven't physically been to before

Then to celebrate, taste those spicy foods afterwards as a reward to a hot session, or if not so hot, take solace to spicing the day up.

I get what you're saying though. lol

Spices: Chili pepper and ginger help to improve circulation. Hot spices like cayenne, curry and cumin help warm things up.

I don't eat anything for several hours beforehand.  I'll also shower in the morning and then again just before the meet up, always making sure I'm squeaky clean.  Generally like to go for hangover food after a session - greasy burgers, fries and chow down.

if I'm hungery an hour or two before, I might have a piece of bread or somethong very light, but I avoid eating a full meal any time close to my appt.

there's only ONE thing I want to eat when I get there!   :D

that boosts your sexual performance. Bananas increases your energy production and reduces stress, according to news.com.au.

There's a bunch of other good stuff in every banana, like tryptophan (an amino acid that helps produce our feel-good hormone, serotonin), potassium (used to produce sex hormones), and bromelain (an enzyme that improves blood flow and increases libido).

As you mentioned eating them, you’re probably already aware of the benefits.

I like to make smoothies out of bananas mixing them in a blender with other fruits such as pineapple, apple, pear, mango, avocado to name some along with leafy greens, and nuts such as almonds, walnuts, cashews etc., and in different combinations

...so I don't eat anything before hand. And while I am at it I skip lunch as well. However I generally have a drink at a bar afterwards. Very relaxing.

fully purged prior and during. What we do thereafter whether illegal, immoral or fattening is OUR business!

That has nothing to do with this line of work, so it matters not, I try to schedule appointments so they won't interfere with that schedule. is about all I do as far as eating goes.

Eating dinner with a fun friend before having more fun is a delightfully decadent way to spend time with someone. It combines two of my favorite things. Throw in an excellent selection of music and an exotic city or village by the ocean and that's pure nirvana!

I avoid garlic and raw onions unless my date is indulging too, and if I eat meat I avoid starches because that's where tummy problems happen (food combining wisdom has been heaven sent for me). I also don't eat til I'm stuffed- just enough to feel good.

Epicurean sensualist- that's me

I love to enjoy a nice glass of red wine with my man before our session, it makes me even more giggly and its something to cheers to!
Common bonds is what its all about.
A lot of men bring chocolate for me but I prefer not. The wine is heavy enough and I dont want a full stomach during our intimacy. I eat lightly before, like some salmon and asparagus. Healthy is key!
BTW,
HI!
I'm Willow :)

I will not drink alcohol until I arrive at her incall and can share a nice bottle of wine.

The 24 hr. period prior to the rendezvous, I will not eat anything spicy or drink alcohol in excess; plus I will drink lots of water or a sports drink 48 hours in advance.

Water and thanks to mr. fisher ginseng as well. I try to keep things lite, don't wanna take any chances ruining my appointment with stomach issues.

but one ABSOLUTE rule for "dinner and then dessert" type dates, if one person eats raw garlic, BOTH have to eat raw garlic. If one of you eats kimchi, BOTH of you need to eat kimchi. lol

One other thing to avoid, One day several years ago in Costa Rica I had a session after drinking well over a dozen "Jaeger bombs" Kids, this is another one of those "don't try this at home" kind of situations. Being drunk is bad enough, but with the equivalent of a half gallon of red bull in my system I could barely feel my dick. Finishing wasn't anything close to an option that day. lmao

No alcohol and plenty of celery......that was Peter North's secret formula and it works well for me too!

Yes Celery, below:

Is your diary a little empty? Bring celery back to your diet, gents.
Eating celery can increase the pheromone androsterone, which is a natural aphrodisiac found in men's sweat.
Also, it can help dilate blood vessels, which increases sex drive and enhances climax.

If you really want to do it right get a juicer, not a blender though, and put in a lot of celery and add some mango, pineapple, kiwi and strawberries for flavor.  It doesn't taste bad at all and as a benefit it will suppress your appetite.  Great thing to do for a few days before seeing local providers; alas not so easy when traveling.

The sweating, contorting and clenching that ensues makes them think you are having the big “O”.

for the rest of the day until after the appointment. If it is a morning appointment, probably just the energy drink and water.
