I understand the risks but bbbj is my favorite especially if it is from a provider I am familiar with. So if u are comfortable with a provider would u be more inclined to a bbbj? Or do u guys go with the cbj?

And being comfortable with any gal that is in P4P is a bit of an oxymoron.

Don't get too comfortable in thinking she is just there for you. Unless you have an exclusive deal with her...and then she's off the market for a period of time (till you get tired of paying her).

I heard you can go blind from that
... that you've never had a CBJ from a woman who's an expert at it. I have. I know some ladies who, first of all, are so deft in slipping the cover on with their mouths that you don't realise she's done it. Then at some point, you're thinking, "Wait a moment, all of her reviews said "CBJ" but she's doing BB??" Until you look and see that the cover is indeed in place.
Another possible benefit (depending on how long you like to last) of an expert CBJ is that it can help you last longer. And, there's none of that, "Tell me when you're going to cum so I can pull your dick out of my mouth!" stuff as you get if the BBBJ is not also CIM.
then try a CBJ and see if you enjoy it enough to settle for that.
I met at least one gal who only would do CBJ, and her CBJ was as good as most gals' BBBJs.
It's all in how hard they press their tongue and lips and the vigor with which they proceed. Deep throating is also a big plus.
