Most love motels have a four hour limit on Fridays and Saturdays (and until 2pm on a weekday). If your sessions will take more than four hours on a Friday or Saturday then I recommend getting a room at the Ticuan Hotel (on 8th between Revolucion and Constitutcion.  

Most love motels have a "leave it and lose it" policy.  Another nice things about the Ticuan is you can come and go as often as you like.  (You might want to go the the Zona or have a good meal.  There is a restaurant in the Ticuan, however, for something inexpensive I suggest Centanario on the opposite side of 8th just past San Borns between Revoluion and Madero or most something upscale the restaurant in the Caesar hotel a few blocks down on Revolucion.)

You did not say which cell phone carrier you have.  Some, of course, do not work in TJ and few work at the love motels.  The Ticuan is the best place for US cell phone reception.  They also have Internet and there is a 24-hour Internet cafe on Revolucion (near the tattoo shop) between 8th and 9th across the street from San Borns.

I am sorry to hear you had problems your last trip.  Most of the time things go well when booking an escort from one the top tier agencies, which are Cumintj, HotTijuana, and Mexico Lindo Bar.  (Mexico Lindo Bar especially has a well earned reputation for problem free service and prompt responses to e-mails and saving the day when something goes wrong at the last minute, but all three almost always deliver a chica on time according to the plan.)  

BTW, several of the escort agencies offer 3 hour sessions for $300.00 or less and some an 8-hour over night session for $300.00.  If you want a lot of time with a chica these are good options; of course, if you want different chicas this is not the option for you.
