New York City will cost a lot more than say St. Louis. Las Vegas and LA are also on the high end but Miami, Chicago, and some other large cities have good providers for a reasonable fee. No substitute for doing your homework.
I see providers post $150 for companionship for body rub. Does that usually mean I going to get hit up for anther $100 for a hand job too after a lame massage?? What is the going rate for rub and release

In fact I just an appointment with a cutie at an MP whom I've known for several years and I get a great 90 minute massage and the HE for $150 (I give her another $100 tip too and she has added a few nice features like being naked and letting me feel her up.)

I've seen the upsell and I've seen the "one price" providers. I've had amazing sessions for $100 and lousy sessions for $200, which is why I'm a rabid reader of the reviews here.
Best not go then. Or try this, go in with an open mind and you might be surprised.
