People out here don't seem to connect Black with any epidemic and no more than usual with P4P.

Anything that is spread through close contact will add to a lot of people's preconception that women in the life are likely carriers of disease. The WHO (not Pete Townshen's old group) carefully watches the geographic spread of any epidemic, or ant communicable disease that threatens to become and epidemic.

It might be affecting business, but I doubt that will last long, and probably you aren't losing that many customers. I know that losing one or two regulars can affect your livelihood, but... I think you're overreacting. That just my opinion.

I turned on my TV for the 1st time today, and once again see the same thing that I went to bed. This whole Ebola thing.

Besides the fact that I'm mildly offended by the fact that American media loves to perpetuate the idea of the 'deadly African disease/peoples', I wonder if perhaps it may even be affecting business for me also. I haven't had a single client or barely phone call all week long. As an Bahamian/American escort, this worries me.

I may be jumping the gun, but I know how the minds of some White and Hispanic men in America work. Especially since I live in an area where there is an already small Black population as it is. I just feel like people may be avoiding me subconsciously, thinking I may be an Ebola risk lol. Call me paranoid, but just how the HIV theory seemed to have appeared first in Africa, now it's this. It doesn't help either, when all too often, I'm asked by interracial partners whether I'm 'clean' or 'disease free' which is always offensive.

Secondly, the american media is not perpetuating the idea of the 'deadly African disease/peoples'. The outbreak of Ebola in West Africa is  a terrible thing. 700+ people have already died. Security is not good as far as containing those who may be infected. There is reason for concern.

But, you may be jumping to conclusions thinking this is directly impacting your business.

Bareback Outdoor Cooking

You go to an outdoor barbeque in some city park with American people, (people who are supposed to have very good hygiene), but they put the burger patty RIGHT ON THE NASTY GRILL... No aluminum foil is ever used. They put the raw burger pattie on the grill, they do it raw! You know, that nasty ass out door grill that's been sitting out in the open with bird shit residue on it, acid rain, dirt, grass, leaves, etc. All kinds of shit is on that grill. Sure, we got good fire going on, pour some more coal in it, and it's so damn hot that you burn off anything that can harm you.

But that's like burning bird shit and putting the left over particles right in your food.
Plus fire does not eliminate the shit, it just changes it into a different shit.

Where I cum from they don't do outdoor cooking this way, at least not the ones I ever met. They cover that bird shit grill with aluminum foil! Poke holes so that air / flame comes through. Fire is less efficient probably, but at least shit particles aren't at the bottom of my food!!

So when someone asks you if you're clean or disease free,
ask if they cover the grill with foil before they cook. ;)

As for ebola, I'm sure there's always some racial thing going on everywhere.

Probably best bet is to educate people that you're not from that area.

Dumb people always like to put everyone in one category, I'm guilty of generalizing from time to time too lol. I'm sure most others have as well at times.  I mean white people, asians, and mexicans we all look the same to each other still. rofl

Not for nothing, but aluminum cookware has been linked to Alzheimer's Disease.  I'd rather eat the burnt off bird shit.

It's a fact that eating off rusty steel iron is more harmful.

There's been some Chinese study of milk leading to cancer,  are you going to stop drinking milk too?

The sun causes skin cancer,  are you going to stop going outside?

There's a difference between protecting from the unknown versus being unprotected from what's known

It is not medicine that is causing you and others a decline it is economics. When the only people that politicians and the media count as unemployed are those that are drawing a check, it makes the numbers look good. The same with considering part time service jobs equal to full time manufacturing. Average income is down so less money to play with in most areas.

Good luck with your business.

It must be the economic situation in America. That's a good point. However, I have been posting ads all over the US these past week or 2, trying to get some new clients to either notice where I am, or possibly plan a tour there. Nothing in OC, 1 call from Baltimore/DC, and a few other places not much.

It wasn't until last night I put an ad in Montreal, that I woke up to 3 missed calls, text and email. Yet, here at home, I can't even get a single phone call, and everyone wants to haggle my rates down to $60 and $100. It's even gotten hard to get $100 anymore at home, on a day to day basis. Touring is different, I can make $300-400 for an hour or 2. It's gotten beyond stupid, to the point where it's not me who needs to leave the business, it's the business that has left my area. And time for me to set my sights on another country LOL.
