If you want my unbiased opinion, I rather recommend www.cumintj.com, having said that, I can vouch for hottijuana's track record, they are safe to use.

Yes, Hot Tijuana is safe.  IMO CuminTJ, Hot Tijuana, and Mexico Lindo Bar (which I listed in alphabetical order) are the top tier escort agencies in Tijuana.
