Ok so I just read a very misleading review of one of the ladies I represent. Mind you she is stunning and very popular with me. So popular that 7 out of ten times she is always being asked to extend or repeat the same day or next. So this latest review tells a different story. Client asks for an extension, meaning he had a great time yes? But the review is far from it. He gave me great feedback. Why would extend an appt if you weren't having fun??? I even followed up and asked if he had fun he he said yes. Then I read his scathing review. Wtf?!

If without revealing anything that would identify the lady, yu could tell us the kind of thing he put in the review, we could give an opinion. I tend not to write reviews if I have been unhappy for a variety of reasons, but to give a bad review to someone who pleased is really mystifying.
Some people won't tell you negative things in person or on the phone because they want to avoid conflict, but will turn coat and say the negative stuff to others and in writing. It really is a common situation.
I did some research and saw that two of your girls got negative reviews but I researched the reviewers and think I know the culprit. Interestingly he has recently posted about leaving the hobby because he can't find a true GFE. If he was your dissatisfied customer that thread speaks volumes and he may be a guy who can't be pleased. They do exist.
I would be interested in the girl's rendition of the session. The guy described a real disconnect between them and that should be explored. If they didn't have chemistry the reasons for that would be interesting.
I also bet he wasn't as tall as expected.

He booked a 90 min session. Then she texted me and asked if he can stay longer. So he extended his 90 mins to 2.5. That's why I'm pretty confused. I also reached out to him after and he said the session was fun. He even thanked me. Weird. He was not seeing anyone with me since 2012. So it's been a while that I didn't hear from him.

Agreed it does seem odd to extend your time then to not give a rave review? Only the client can explain the reason. I would think it normal that you are having a pretty good time if you want to extend it, but what is normal anymore.
Having never used your service it does look like you do provide an excellent one though.
It's not fair to the lady as she has a great reputation and it will definitely affects her business next time she is here. I always offer great service and this is why I always follow up after a session. I want to know what they're like and if they live up to the expectations (reasonable), I ask them to leave.
