She is difficult to see.  She lives in an area where it's easy for her neighbors to see who goes in to her building.  So, she tries to have her appointments during the day when people are working.  I'm pretty sure night appointments are out of the question.  Also, it's next to impossible to get a same day appointment if you find yourself suddenly freed up.  But if you get the appointment, it's worth jumping through the hoops.  She's a beautiful woman, highly educated,  and very sophisticated - and not because she says she is.
