How do you feel about providers who have high end hotel restrictions?
I like luxury too and avoid dumpy motels but a decent hotel room that's clean and well kept won't be a deal breaker for me. Liking something versus placing hard restrictions on something are two different things.
So I fucked her up the ass in my luxury hotel in downtown NYC.
Whaddya know? I saw some chocolate stains. Her shit definitely stank too. LOL 
... on her part is possibly limiting her income potential.
Ratings for hotels are just like the reviews given in TER, highly subjective and often times inaccurate.
Regarding the Greek stuff, if she was a high end provider, she should have been clean. What was her excuse for not being clean? Surely, she has plenty of money to buy a decent 4 or 5 star hygiene products to keep that hole clean.

If there is a provider that I want to see and she says she only does outcalls in 4 or 5 star hotels, then I'll get a 4 or 5 star hotel room, and enjoy the experience. When I travel to see a lady, I want her to be as comfortable as possible because I want her entire focus to be on rocking my world, that is afterall why I'm there
A high end hotel will General host providers with a lower turn over rate. Longer dates more money and less of them.
The cheaper the hotel, the more seedy pimps, and escorts.

If he had been in a "three star" hotel, according to what he says, she would have refused to come see him. That's why he gives a fuck.
Not to mention, he did see her, and according to him, he did fuck her in the ass, so I guess she was "of consequence" after all. lol
As for me, I travel, A LOT. I rarely stay in 4-5 star hotels. I tend to gravitate towards the mid level Marriot and Hilton properties, like the Hampton Inn or Marriot Courtyard. Of course the last time I checked in Manhatten, the Marriot Courtyard was still over $400. If that's not a nice enough venue for a hooker to get fucked in the ass. well then she can kiss my "low class ass" lmao
He can pick someone else. This is just like the guys who bitch about price. We do know that with every restrictions we have, we alienate some poor trick but we get that and are very fine with that.
Out in this neck of the woods, the Marriott and Hampton chains (my favorites actually) get a LOT of family traffic. I often feel less comfortable about having a woman visit me there just because of that. But I like those hotels as a place to stay when traveling.
and of course she pays for that treatment!

All I need is a clean room, clean bed, clean bathroom. Hell if I'm booking a 4 or 5 star just to see a provider.
I'd much rather stay at the Courtyard and book an extra hour or two (or have a nicer dinner, see a show, etc..), than spend hundreds more on luxury that doesn't matter much to me and I would only enjoy for a few hours.

Her business, her restrictions, her choice of venue. You coming on here being a petty princess will not prompt her or any other hooker to change shit that is none of your business.
Pick someone that fucks out of a hotel you can deal with.
And you most likely would be the first trick to lambaste any hooker who comes on here bitching about certain types of men. I would say to her shut it and only book the ones you can deal with and leave the others to hookers that don't find them (fill in the blank).

Only one or two of those components simply doesn't matter.

If she says "4 or 5 star only", I think she's hoping it will screen out the cheapskates who had to cash in their soda cans to try to make the date fee but still come up short on the accommodations.
Then, I'm thinking that if the guy calls anyway, sounds polite and reasonable, has reviews and Whitelists, etc. BUT he's in a sub-4 location that she would know whether it's acceptable to her to make an exception. In big cities (NYC, Boston), there are so many hotels that a lot of really good 3s just don't make the cut to be 4s. And if the rating system is what I think it is, it could be because they didn't pay off the Guidebook for a higher rating
