Real pics and good service are just a baseline.  I'd pay more if she's really pretty, my type, and we really click. Of course would not find out if we clicked until we met, and it would be too late to raise the rate then.

I think most guys monger at a certain rate, 300 being a sweet spot for many.  I have several regulars at that level, so it would take an exceptional circumstance to stray.

Think most fellas here feel the same way. Kind of like buying steak versus hamburger both will satisfy a "need" but the former is more enjoyable and worth the extra costs.  

Also though there's no way to know if pics are real or great service untill someone TOFTT so untill a lady has et reputation built or a trusted hobby buddy can vouch for her a lot of guys won't pay that premium right out the gate. But once a couple known hobbyist can vouch for a lady and recommend her then she can charge whatever the market in her area will allow.

larger cities (NY, Chicago, LA, Las Vegas to name a few) commanding a higher donation level.  In many smaller markets you can find a higher class provider for a lower rate than in the larger cities.

Like most anything else, supply and demand affect this business.  Some providers lower their rates in the slower times to keep the income stream flowing.  Others tour to be able to keep their rate when their local area is in a slow time.

As always, it pays to have TER VIP so you can do thorough research.

Who defines good service? Are you willing to let the consumer be the judge, and let him donate accordingly? How about the flip side, if you use fake or doctored photos, and provide a less than enjoyable session, are you willing to receive less of a donation? Should donations be automatically tied into your TER numerical ratings (Oh shit, I don't want to open up that can of worms).

... if the rate is increased because you voluntarily take a greater risk, when attracting potential clients. I Will add this is before they express interest in you, the risk and reward is yours(think gambling) ... it's your responsibility to bet accordingly.

Anyone who uses photos that are misrepresentations wouldn't even merit consideration. I expect good service from anyone who charges anything for any product or service, whether it's sex or tires.  

I've been paying 40-50% more than the average prevailing rate in the municipal areas I've been frequenting, but that's because the ladies I've been seeing are far above other providers in looks and performance.  

When it comes to anything I pay for, I may not be able to afford the best, but I buy the best I can afford, and sometimes I stretch that higher.  

A provider I'm going to be seeing has a rate that's 40% more than the rates of the providers I've been seeing, whose rates again are higher than most other providers, with all of them in the same city. If the experience is as described in the reviews, I'll consider it money well spent.

Just be yourself to the absolute fullest and put that out there. Period.

I would consider paying a higher rate to a provider who took the time to reread her posts, correcting typos and making any necessary edits, such as adding a comma between, "...providing good service..." and, "...are you willing..." But that's just me. I'm sure most guys don't care about things like that.

I would definitely donate more for quality.  The reason I participate in this hobby is so I can be with girls that I couldn't be with otherwise.  At least from my perspective, there are a lot of girls that can offer great service because that is something they can improve upon.  A girl can only do so much to improve her looks (diet, exercise, maintenance and grooming, etc).  although there is no shortage, it is more difficult to find a girl with the look I am seeking.  So when doing my research, I first pay attention to the appearance of the lady.  Then I read her reviews to gauge whether or not I would have a good time.  How much I am willing to donate depends on how much I want to see her and my financial situation.  Unfortunately I don't have unlimited cash flow, but would definitely would donate more for what I perceive as quality.

If the pics aren't real, that's called bait and switch.  If the pics are retouched, your reviews will suffer.  If the service isn't good, why am I there?

To get to more (higher rate) than your competition, IMHO some things are needed:
      Better appearance than competition
      Better attitude than competition
      Wider menu than your competition
      Better reputation (reviews) than your competition
      Better performance than your competition
      Better marketing than your competition
      Location with higher prices  

So maybe a survey of BP and TER can let you determine your current market niche in the above categories, then you know the current market rate.  To increase that rate, improve some or all of the above.

There is a lot to learn from some of the ladies on this board, red.  There are some very savvy ladies on here that really understand this stuff.  Find a mentor if you can.

Honestly, I don't even think greater physical beauty is hugely relevant, as I am more of a "connection-driven" guy. Connection and performance... that is where my generosity flows more freely with longer dates, higher donations, repeat visits and even *gasp* perhaps a little extra gift on occasion
