There is a man who has been stalking me online and in person for a long time now! I recently found out he has done the same to other lady's in the area who decide they don't want to see him anymore. He lives in the area too and he does not take NO for an answer and will not stop. I'm curious if this is the same man? I am giving it a few days and if he does not delete his "fake" profiles from sites and stop contacting my friends, or if he does not stop following me- I will be going to police and will make sure this man is put behind bars and his family knows all!
I also had to change everything so this person couldn't find me, even moved to a new location but trust me if he's obsessed he will find a way!! If you would like more info please PM me I would be happy to share the name of this creep with you. He will be outed on this board too if he continues, I also found out his address, home phone #, wife's name- which he tells everyone died of cancer years ago, and and job... oh wait he doesn't have a job anymore because he's a theif too and stole from his company and got fired a few weeks ago! He is the biggest creep I ever have known! Be careful out there.

You've done all these things... but how does he find you? Did you do them all at once? You must still be advertizing or something.
Assuming he is a former client? Knows more about you than one who has not.
You need to look at your advertizing... probably that is where he's finding you.
There could be another client passing information.
Is it possible to go UTR? Screen all calls & block any number or e-mail he uses.
Do not reply.
As a last resort... you know who he is (You screened him, right?) You could go through an atty. Or you could go to LE.
I know a couple of ladies who were stalked off of CL a couple of years ago. They no longer advertize, occasionally see old friends. Loss of income has forced one to move back in with her parents.

sorry this is happening to you. Avoid any type of communication, I know this may not be enough but in some cases it is as many stalkers get bored with the lack of feedback on their threats.

... some presence on the internet - I'd think it likely you'd be found.
But as the others suggested - you can do things. Some are drastic, some aren't.
1st off - don't respond to him / her / it. I can imagine you're not anyhow. Don't even post about it again after this thread is done. Don't give them anything.
Another choice is about your internet presence. If changing email and phone # doesn't seem to be enough, perhaps you might have to consider going completely off the "grid" and UTR It may seem like a victory for the stalker, but safety 1st, right?? As the other gent wrote - maybe you could partner up with another lady or 2
A 3rd choice?? Exactly what was written earlier. Go after them. Use an attorney or LE. Make the system work for you.

you should be able to block e-mails if you a using a good carrier. Also, look for a cell provider that suports blocking phone numbers as well. Mybe go pictureless on the advertising for awhile.
