Anyone know if Melissa of SC is still active in the business? After her excellent reviews I wanted to see her on my last trip to MB this past spring. I sent in the deposit and arranged everything through e-mail well in advance. On the evening of our appointment I could not get in contact with her the entire evening.
When I returned home I had an e-mail from her telling me of a problem she had the night we were scheduled to get together. Shit happens - I understand, so I ask about refunding my deposit. After all it was her who had the problem, not me. Never get another response. Just sent her another e-mail reminding her of last years problem. I asked her if she was still in the business and if so would still love to see her on my next trip to MB. Still no response.
First and last time I'll ever pay a deposit in advanced - even from a well reviewed reputable provider.
She has been discussed in depth on The other BoarD for this type of scam. She now posts under another name, tropical something or other, but considering her record of rip-offs I can't imagine anyone seeing her.

I've heard from several that she ripped off. She stood me up and a week later I finally found her and she gave the same lame excuse that she gave the others. This bad apple should be thrown out. Stay away from this one. Make her pay YOU a deposit.

That had such glowing reviews about her being so hot, bothered and sexy. A mature girl. I had a overnighter with a Melissa that was from SC - used to tour up thru Columbia. She wasnt asking for a deposit then but I did have the room and everything booked and ready and didnt hear from her for almost 3 weeks. No email and cell wasnt going thru. SHe did say that she was in the area but at that time but didnt get my messages Huh? If a girl cant get in touch with me - when we have a overnight date and I am driving 2 hours to her - I aint spending anymre time with her know matter how hot the chick. I dont do deposits.

I'm the one who first tipped off both boards about the thief Melissa and her problems. I got fried by all the locals there because there was "NO WAY" their sweet Melissa would do this. Psych!
She lobbied the other board to have me censured as I was "stalking" her. Fortunately they didn't believe her. I posted a review of it there, and here as well (which did NOT get posted - not happy about that, TER).
She now goes under the name "Erotic Tropics" or something like that.
She's a thief. She'll have to meet her maker some day. I'll live with that.
