A ZN hotel is an issue for many escorts

If you want to see escorts I suggest not staying in any of Zona Norte hotels, including Cascadas.  In Tijuana a respectable woman (and women who want to be perceived as being respectable) won't go near the ZN for any reason.

Many escorts try to fly below the radar; they don't want friends, family, neighbors, etc. to know they're a puta.   Hence they won't go to a hotel in the Zona Norte.

They fear they'll they spotted.  It's no groundless fear--it's happens.  Waiters, cab drivers, etc. who go the ZN (or work there) often end up being friends, neighbors, or family members.  So many escorts will refuse a date at a ZN hotel.

Heading to TJ..
Any hot fetish and anal providers?

Recommended hotels when staying over night with jacuzi etc..

I've given a few Hotels a chance to steal my business, but I always seem to go back to the Ticuan.  It is on the north end of Revolucion, so I'm within walking distance of most of the tourist area & the action.  It's $58 to $93 for the night depending if you want simple or a jacuzzi.
The other hotels are up front cheaper, but I usually will use my room 2 or 3 times a visit w/ no additional charges.  Other places charge for new guests & the taxi fares add up too.
The Ticuan is nothing special on the outside, but inside it is very nice & clean.  I feel secure there - when I leave my room, nobody visits it to see what they can take.  There's a bar, restaurant, ice machine & internet cafe.
The service at Ticuan is very good & the employees are nice.
One drawback however, is it's very difficult to get a new gal up to your room w/o the help noticing & knowing what's up.  The gals at the desk are very nice to me, sometimes even flirtatious, but in the end, they hesitate to do anything about it because they know my lifestyle.
Can't help you w/ the fetish & anal question.

You didn't say anything about uour budget and the level of luxury you seek  so it's hard to provide recommendations..

Also you don't say if you'll be driving your car into Tijuana.  There are some places I'd recommend for those with a car, like Hotel Tijuana or El Parador, that wouldn't be practical for those using cabs.

Downtown the Ticuan is the nicest hotel.  Caesar's Hotel has much better rates and the Villa Zaragosa is in between Caesars and the Ticuan.

I noted cascadas. Is that an issue with escorts? I assume its design was for the Bargirls at HK?
