I don't think a sliding scale would work. For one thing beauty is in the eye of the beholder. For another, just think of the cat fights an agency would have to deal with if one chica were getting paid more than another. (My guess is a lot would quit or start passing out their phone number.)
I realize this is not politically correct, but it would seem to make sense that the rates at any given agency should vary depending on the popularity of the gal. Why would I want to spend $100/hr. for Plain Jane when I can enjoy Barbie Doll for the same price?
Now I know we all have different tastes, but in general some gals get a lot of interest & some of the gals who are not as striking struggle for dates. I personally don't look primarily for the stunners, I often try to find a 'prize in disguise' & some of the gals that get less attention are often more prone to be woo'd into a fantastic session of service. But I'd be more prone to give some of them a try if the price was right.
Plus I think some of these gals would make more $$$ if their prices were a bit lower.
Just thinkin' out loud.

For me I could not do it. If a chica is getting a lot of work, I could not even think about hurting her business by offering chicas for less money to hurt her bottom line. And you are right, not everyone likes the same thing. Two of our moderately popular chicas are now in exclusive situations where they are only seeing one client. Some clients actually write and say "Who has not had a date in awhile?"
I can understand your position, but I won't be making some chicas less than others.

What if we had to pay on a sliding scale....if you are fat and nasty, or ignore your hygene, you have to pay 20% more... If you look like George Clooney, 20% less...
Who would be the ones who would accept that quietly (since most of use do NOT look like Clooney)?
I know I'd be 5 or 10% higher (for the weight...not the bad hygene)...I could use to drop a few Lb's, but I'd be damned if I'll pay more.
Not to mention I can imagine the guys who would try and play dumb...(what?...I thought the site said you only charged $80 an hour...oh, that was another girl?...well can I pay it anyway?)
